When Severus and Harry married, they decided that they would try for children right away because Severus wanted to try and carry at least one child. They knew that it would be easier for Harry to conceive and carry a child, but since they were soulmates, Severus would still be able to become pregnant. Especially with the formulated potion made by Severus himself, and a sex ritual to give the chance of conceiving more likely.

Seven weeks later, while Severus was getting impatient, they performed the spell to reveal if they were pregnant and were overjoyed when it showed up positive. Severus’ pregnancy progressed healthily, and peacefully. They watched Severus’ abdomen grow with the life inside it. Harry took care of Severus’ need and want throughout the pregnancy. Harry would touch his stomach constantly. Severus loved every moment of it.
They had a beautiful baby boy named Alexander Orion Potter-Prince.
