Total CP available = 210 CP.

____

1) Continued ‘weighted’ roll from last chapter. The Perks in the Cloak section of my spreadsheet (which relate to survival skills, hunting, navigation, etc.) had a 70% likelihood of being selecting while there was a 10% likelihood for a Wand Perk, 10% for a Stone Perk, and 10% for a Chosen One Perk. Personal Reality Perks are still locked.

Roll fell within Cloak section. Subsequent roll fell within Combat subsection-

Cloak: Combat: Shadow Training [Young Justice] for a total cost of 200 CP

___

Purchased Perk(s) details-

Cloak: Combat: Shadow Training [Young Justice] (200)
Have you been trained by the Shadows? You have the martial arts skills and stealth training comparable to the best of them, easily rivaling the likes of Cheshire and Nightwing, but with further training as well as multiple life and death battles, it is possible for you to rival Lady Shiva herself.

Discussion-

Wow, not what I would have predicted. My character is all ready to go join Team Arrow.  I wanted to see an animagus form or a summon mount Perk that would allow her to reach Teddy quickly. I would have appreciated a healing/regen Perk. I desperately need wilderness survival skills. Instead I have a underweight and injured teenage girl still stranded at Castle Black.

I cursed myself when I indulged in the CSI subplot at the end of the chapter, didn't I?

Although these Perks will likely prove very beneficial in the future.

The REALLY mind blowing part about this process is that I spent months(!) creating a spreadsheet so that I could utilize the Celestial Forge's Perk system for this story and my character hasn't been able to take advantage of any of them yet. She has received the passive benefits of "Like Lavender"[Marvel What if...] which has given her a superhero's figure and good looks... while at the Wall during one the Watch's most dangerous times in history. I haven't even purchased a Protagonist's Luck Perk yet.
