Venus Selwyn And Regulus Black never really paid attention to each other. However, they have known each other for most of their lives. Both of their families being part of the Sacred Twenty Eight, their parents do get along well, which forced them to meet more than enough while growing up.Nevertheless, when they go back to Hogwarts for their sixth year, Venus seems to do everything possible to get on the younger Black sibling's nerves. She is always sneaking out late after curfew, she steels books from the restricted section of the library, and when they are assigned partner during potion class, she takes it as an opportunity to rely on his talents and do nothing. Most importantly, when Regulus asks her what she is actually working on, she has the nerve to ignore him or pretends that it is some secret project that might completely change the magical world.Regulus Black has enough problems already, between his family pressuring him into the dark art and his brother following a whole different path.Venus Selwyn on her side, is just trying to accomplish the last task her great-aunt gave her before dying.So why on earth is the universe so keen on bringing them together, again and again ?
