Because of Reasons

The dreams start after fourth year. Except they aren’t dreams.This is Hermione’s second time living her life, and now she’s stuck dreaming of what will be. Last time they were too loud, too reckless, the entire wizarding world was, and after both Voldemort and Harry died in the final battle, they had to face the consequences of muggles finding out. The memories are enough to veer her off the course she was on last time, and trigger a dramatic change in her priorities and how she manages them. And perhaps, with a voice to guide her, she can make a difference.

Please note that I have decided not to use Archive Warnings, this does not mean that there won't be triggering content. There will be mentions of rape in this work, but I haven't decided how often they will occur, and therefore don't plan on changing the warnings. While I don't currently plan on writing any explicit rape scenes, there will be mentions of it happening. I'm aware not everyone is comfortable with content that includes these themes, so I wanted to give a forewarning.The pairing is the main feature of this work, and will only be explored later on.
