Chapter 19
Naruto opens the front door to his house and lets the twins run inside first before following after. He shuts the door and puts his basket of market foods on the counter. Naruto rubs his swollen stomach to help soothe the pup that was kicking, clearly not liking all the movement Naruto was putting himself through.
His twin pups let out whines and Naruto whines back.
“What’s wrong my pups? You ok?” He asks them.
Both Kawaki and Boruto hug their mom.
“Mama, you tired?” Kawaki asks
Naruto smiles and hugs his pups back.
“I’m ok my princes’, mama’s ok” He assures them.
They let go, and Naruto starts to put away the groceries.
“We help Mommy!” Boruto says happily
Naruto smiles and lets his pups help him. They put everything away and the trio head to the living room. Naruto sits down on the couch with his pups on either side of him. The pups hug him.
Footsteps could be heard and Sasuke comes into the living room from the office.
“Daddy!” Kawaki and Boruto say excitedly
“Hello Alpha” Naruto says smiling
Sasuke smiles
“Hello my sun and stars” he says
Sasuke notices the tired look on Naruto face.
“Baby, are you ok?” He asks worryingly
“Mama is tired from grocery shopping!” Boruto says
“We helped Mommy put away the food!” Kawaki says
Sasuke looks at Naruto worried.
“Honey, why didn’t you let me know you were gonna go grocery shopping? I could’ve taken a break from the paperwork to help.” He asks
Naruto smiles at Sasuke
“I didn’t want to worry or bother you, I’m ok really!” He assures Sasuke
Sasuke leans down and kisses Naruto’s lips
“You could never bother me love. Next time let me know ok baby? I don’t want you to over exert yourself”
Naruto nuzzles their noses together
“Ok baby” he says
“We love you momma!” Boruto says
“We love mommy!” Kawaki says
Naruto smiles at his pups.
Naruto looks down and notices his feet were swollen and they hurt. He lifts his foot and rubs them trying to soothe the soreness.
Sasuke bows and kneels before Naruto. He messages his feet, helping his husband and making sure he was comfortable.
Naruto sighs in relief
“Thank you honey”
Sasuke kisses his feet
“Always baby”
Their baby girl was kicking again and Naruto rubs his bump.
“I think our pup is happy to get a break” Naruto giggles
Kawaki’s and Boruto’s eyes light up in excitement.
“Can we feel Okasan?” Kawaki asks
Naruto gently grabs both the twins’ hands and sets them to where the pup kicked. They felt the kick and smile.
“Hello baby sister” Boruto whispers to the bump.
“Hello Hima.” Kawaki also says whispering
Sasuke leans forwards and kisses Naruto’s bump.
“We can’t wait for you, Himawari” Sasuke whispers to the baby bump.
Naruto smiles at his family. He loves them so much.
They settle down for the evening and had a movie night. It was a wonderful night and they enjoy their family time.
