Chapter 4

Harry mentioned Draco’s name. The warmth that had enveloped them moments ago cooled, and Tom grew eerily still, the kind of silence that sent a shiver down Harry’s spine. He could feel the tension building in the way Tom’s hand paused mid-stroke on his back, the way his breathing slowed to a near stop, as if holding back something.

“Draco…” Tom said quietly. His red eyes gleamed with a sharp intensity. “What did he say this time?”

“Just the usual,” Harry said. "You know how he is—always poking fun.”

Tom’s jaw tightened, and his hand resumed moving up and down Harry’s back, but the strokes were more deliberate, more possessive. “He likes to poke at you too much,” Tom muttered, his tone low and dangerous.

Harry sighed. He could see it in his eyes—that cold, calculated edge that only appeared when he felt threatened. “Tom,” Harry whispered, leaning in. "He doesn’t mean anything to me.”

Tom’s gaze flicked to Harry, but the tension didn’t leave his body. “He has no right to talk to you like that,” he said, his voice still low, but now carrying something more. “No one does.”

Harry leaned forward, pressing a soft kiss to Tom’s lips. The touch was gentle, almost teasing. He pulled back just a little, their faces inches apart. “I’m yours, Tom,” Harry blushed, brushing his nose against Tom’s. “Only yours. Nothing else matters”

Tom’s expression softened slightly at that. Harry smiled, peppering Tom’s face with small, affectionate kisses—his cheeks, his forehead, the corner of his mouth. Each kiss was a reminder, a silent love.

“See?” Harry whispered between kisses, his lips brushing against Tom’s skin. “You have nothing to worry about. I’ll just keep giving you so many kisses that you’ll forget all about Draco.”

Tom’s hands, which had been tense, loosened their grip on Harry. “You think that’ll be enough to stop me from ripping him apart?” Tom murmured, though his voice was now tinged with amusement, the edge of danger receding.

Harry chuckled, pressing another kiss to the corner of Tom’s mouth. “I’ll give you a hundred kisses if that’s what it takes,” Potter teased.

Tom finally let out a low, rumbling laugh, pulling Harry closer. "You better keep your promise."

“With pleasure,” Harry said, grinning when he leaned in to kiss Tom again, this time slower, letting Tom feel the certainty of his love in every touch.

Tom smiled, pulling him closer until there was no space left between them.

“You’re mine, Harry,” Tom murmured, his voice low but no longer filled with jealousy, just the deep, unyielding certainty of his... love.

Harry smiled against his lips. “Always.”
