Summary
The day Harry's parents were killed Severus lost his best friend and the love of his life, but he gained a daughter. One that he swore to protect, no matter what or who he had to protect her from.Even if that meant keeping her hidden from the world while she grew up.(This story is about lost love that is refound, found family more important than anything, and finding love before you really even understand it. It will be told in flashback, thoughts, and time skips, for the most part. Enjoy <3)

This is just the prologue, and there's probably a lot of repetitiveness in my writing but oh well. Enjoy.(This fic will be made up of a lot of time jumps/flashbacks, also parts might be confusing until a later chapter)

I've been rewriting this and changing a lot. The current chapters will be removed for the new versions to take their place- However, the scenes won't be erased permanently, they will still appear in future chapters as flashbacks. The biggest change will be timeline, I've decided to switch to a fifth-year au with lots of o flashbacks to show how different their lives are than in canon.
