Chapter 1

"There will be a student coming from Japan," Snape looked towards Albus. "Yes, when we obtain his home address, I was going to ask you to go there." "Me? Why specifically me? Instead of giving me these troublesome tasks, you could assign me the Defense Against the Dark Arts professorship." "I managed to find some of the things you want there, and since the number of wizards there is extremely low, muggles can take much more without knowing that those items are used in magic until they are discovered." Snape took a deep breath. "Alright, but we should find it quickly; there's very little time left before the school year starts, and besides, Potter would be here this year, right?" As he spoke, there was hidden curiosity and a slight anger within him.

[1 week later]

"The orphanage in Tokyo?" Snape asked, looking at the address in his hand. Albus nodded. "There's no information about the child's family. When he was 5, he was found on the street by the police and placed in an orphanage; they couldn't find his family." "A somewhat strange story." "Yes, quite different. It took me a long time to find the place from the ministry since there are very few wizards there, and muggles can take far more without knowing that those items are used in magic." Snape took a closer look at the file to assess the child's general situation. His eyes widened in shock, and he raised his eyebrows noticeably.

"It's noted that his IQ level is above 150." "Yes, a genius." Snape squinted his eyes; they had written the file quite detailed and explanatory. 'He can read many words in kanji *more than many adults in their 30s can't read* and within 6 years, advanced English, sufficient German and French, advanced Japanese. Trigonometry calculations in mathematics *at a level between high school and university*, biology, physics, and Physics *at a high school level*.' Albus looked at Snape examining the file. "The Japanese government is very meticulous about such matters; after all, you don't encounter a child who knows trigonometry every day."

"I expect the same success from Mr. Hatake in potion classes."

The black-haired man entered a small shop in the streets of Tokyo with a bag in his hand, buying various ingredients and herbs. "How much?" The seller squinted his eyes. "Depends on who's buying. Do you want these too?" He pointed to a broomstick and a wooden staff on the shelf, making his implication clear. "I'm a Hogwarts professor." The man raised his eyebrows. "Isn't that in London?" "Yes, I'm here for a student." "Oh, there are not many wizards here, so we have plenty of these things. If you want, you can check the basement." Snape nodded, took the key from the man, went down, and gathered various magical supplies. "It will be all." "Normally, these would cost 20 galleons, but since I was a student at Hogwarts, probably in similar years, I'll give you a discount and say 15 galleons." Snape nodded. "Thank you." The man looked at him. "Hufflepuff." Snape looked back. "Slytherin." Snape took the items and quickly left.

He started towards the given address. The streets were empty, but there was a different atmosphere; at least, he enjoyed the tranquility of these empty streets for a short time and arrived at the orphanage. It had a large garden with a small children's park inside and was filled with beautiful trees. He entered through the garden gate, clicked the large door three times.

Soon the door was opened by one of the children, a little brown-haired girl who shouted something in Japanese, then a middle-aged woman (45-50) came to the door and began speaking in English. "Were you looking for someone?" Snape cleared his throat. "I came for the letters." The woman raised her eyebrows. "I understand; I thought it was a joke. Please come in, Kakashi, come to my office!"

Snape followed the woman, sure she was the orphanage director, and they entered the room. "Please, have a seat." Snape just nodded. A few minutes later, a silver-haired boy entered; his hair was so light that it could be mistaken for white. The boy sat in front of Snape and looked first at him, then at the woman. "Is this the madman who sends magical letters?" Severus coughed. "I think there's a misunderstanding, and actually, it can be overlooked since you grew up with Muggles." Snape took his wand and performed a simple levitation charm; one of the books from the director's shelf flew towards Kakashi and landed in his lap.

The woman swallowed. "These... although getting used to the explanations in the letters is quite difficult, and how do we know Kakashi can do one of these?"

"It was in the records, so if there was no mistake, he can definitely do it. If there was a mistake, the Wizarding World will probably erase your memories, and you'll return to normal life."

"There is no harm to either side, and the wizarding community secures its secrecy." The woman looked at the talking boy. "If you want to go, I won't try to persuade you." "Actually, I want to; it sounds interesting."

"Can you get ready quickly?" Snape asked. "What?" "We need to go to London; classes start in two days. The director has arranged a place for you to stay, and we need to get your books." Kakashi agreed. "I need to prepare some clothes." "Alright." The director looked at Snape. "What's your name?" "Severus Snape." "Tanaka Chie." Severus examined the books in the library while Kakashi came with a small bag. "I'm ready." "Do you only want to take these?" "There will be a uniform there, right? I only need pajamas for holidays, special days, and sleeping." "True."

Severus didn't even want to intervene in this conversation. If you asked him, this child... didn't seem like a child.

Using Floo powder to go to London was easy, although it didn't seem very safe to Kakashi at first. After getting the necessary books and a few more things at a place called Diagon Alley, they entered Ollivander's shop. Snape thought finding the right wand would take too long, but to both Ollivander and Snape's surprise, Kakashi handled most wands quite well. In the end, he decided that a dark coffee-colored wand, adorned with embroideries that most people would like, was the best, and they bought it.

"Did I get some kind of scholarship?" "What?" "Clearly, I don't have money with me, and you paid for everything. Unless you're an angel, the school should have provided this for me." "The Ministry of Magic is obligated to cover students' expenses. But if you show this arrogance here as well, the ministry will probably give you a scholarship."

"Thank you, Professor." "Hm." Kakashi sighed audibly. 'I seem to be dealing with another Uchiha.'

Again. He thought of Sasuke.
