Grindelwald said "most men complain about dogs in the bed I get deadly animals in mine who I love almost as much as I love you"
Newt said "nice save, I'm glad you love them to"
Grindelwald said "well you are their mum so I see it as they are my adopted kids by default so I best get used to them and some of them grew on me like a fungus and Cassie is super adorable even in the awkward stages of growth"
Newt said "that is funny now let us get some sleep"
The next morning
Newt and Grindelwald went to the lestrange manor
Jones said "thank you for your help newt and advice it has went really well so far"
Andrew said "besides for leta yelling at us for ruining her wedding with the announcement
That our son was found alive and well... she was calling him a imposter and some other things. he is still a little upset but Bella has been helping she has been super glued to him and he has had to ask for space a few times but I think it is going well. Andrew said "yes she did have quiet the crush on him, we were concerned about her stalking habits but newt was clueless luckily or she would probably be in Azkaban. I know she even tried to love potion him once but newt was allergic to the cupcake she put it in so didn't eat it"
Grindelwald said "I will keep a eye on that, Theseus has been demanding newt be his best man with graves but newt doesn't want to go so I don't know what will happen at that wedding'
Jones said "we are not going. we have disowned leta for her behavior"
Andrew said "I am disappointed in her actions and her behavior for the last several years but yelling at Sebastian was the last insult I could take"
Grindelwald said "I'm not surprised..I'm sorry it came to that"
They talked about business and the alliance till lunch
Grindelwald said "we should be going so you can get back to what you were doing"
Jones said "stay for lunch it's not a inconvenience"

Grindelwald said "let's go find newt and your kid's"
They find them playing with some Cornish pixies and gnome's
Jones said "well you don't see that every day"
Grindelwald said "I'm suprised he didn't find a nundu or something"

Grindelwald said "newt has several different animals that are deadly but see him as their mum or saviour and will not hurt him, so he tends to be a little clueless to the danger of them"
Jones said "I bet that is exciting"
Grindelwald said "yes, till you have to share the bed with a baby dragon a young thunderbird a manticore a nundu cub and my pet chupacabra"
Andrew laughed and said "I complained about Abby our dog"
Grindelwald said "you get used to it after a while"
They hollered it's lunch time and they all came running up
Newt was laughing
Grindelwald said " did you have fun?"
Newt said "yes, it's been a while since I have had this much fun with people that are not you"
Grindelwald said "well I'm glad you had fun today love"
Sebastian said t"hank you for the lessons on Cornish pixies and gnome's"
Bella said "I didn't know they could be helpful and not pest till today"

A few hours later newt is asleep on the sofa in Grindelwald office
One of Grindelwalds lieutenants said "aren't you upset by the disrespect he is showing by sleeping during a meeting?"
Grindelwald said "no, he warned me if I dragged him to another meeting with you all he would probably fall asleep I don't mind because even I find some of these meetings boring as well"
Another lieutenant said "I understand that I fell asleep last week if I'm honest,I usually just get back from twelve hour shifts when it is meeting time"
Grindelwald said "how about we schedule these to be more of a one on one based on your schedule and do it biweekly unless there is a problem"
The lieutenants all agreed happily
A few hours later Grindelwald woke newt up
Newt said "sorry, I tried not to fall asleep on you"
Grindelwald said "I know to be honest if they wouldn't notice.. I would take a nap as well"
Newt said "how long have they been gone?"
Grindelwald said "about two hours or so"
Newt said "you should have woke me, I would have helped with the paperwork"
Grindelwald said "you looked like you needed the nap, you do forget to sleep sometimes"

Grindelwald said "but if someone else tried it they would probably die or be in a great deal of pain"

Newt laughed and said "that is not much better"

Newt said "what do we have on the agenda for today?"
Grindelwald said "well in three hours dinner then the briefcase then bed nothing till then"
Newt said "how about we do the briefcase go to dinner then have a longer cuddle session"
Grindelwald said "I like the sound of that, you have seemed more sleepy then normal"
Newt said "I am, I think I worked on my ward idea a little to much yesterday. I have been exhausted most of the day"
Grindelwald said "no experimenting with the ward for a couple days"
Newt said "I didn't plan to, I hit a bit of a road block I need to figure out because adding more power is not the answer"
Grindelwald said "perhaps it is not doable"
Newt said "I'm sure it is. I just need to look at it from a different angle. perhaps I can show you my theory and we can bounce ideas back and forth"

Jack came into the office "boss the plan to discredit Dumbledore is going better than we anticipated especially with the lestrange family showing the proof they have gathered that Albus and his brother kidnapped Sebastian lestrange when he was three months old, people are even more outraged that they put him in a orphanage when he didn't show magic yet considering it is well know the boy came out of the womb tossing spells at the mediwitch literally"
Grindelwald said "that is great step up on our smear campaign and drag Travis down with him if you can"
Newt said "and leta, she should face problems for lying about that Sebastian may have been helped sooner if she hadn't have lied so much about it"
Jack said "no problem. I will go start dragging them down with the titanic that is Dumbledore" he left the room to go to his office
Grindelwald said" I'm proud of you, I know that it is hard for you to do something like that to a old friend"
Newt said "that is true but she needs to face consequences or she will never learn, I don't want to hurt Theseus but at this point I don't care if it does he has drawn his line it is time I draw my own"
Grindelwald said "I'm sorry you had to pick side's and draw a line you never should have had to"
Newt said "eventually everyone has to pick a side. I picked mine and I am happy as for the line it has been long overdue"
A few days later
Grindelwald said "angel I have set everything up for Sunday, including a stop at a small creature sanctuary that deal's mostly with 4x animal's and would like your experience and expertise for the three or four 5x animals,they weren't sure on one's ranking"
Newt said "that sounds like fun, I'm still hoping to figure out what mushy is exactly, I have never seen his type of dragon before"
Grindelwald said "I'm sure, you will figure it out eventually"
Newt said "what is left on your agenda for today?"
Grindelwald said "visiting the Knott family then the lestrange family, I was hoping you would come to both they are introducing Sebastian to the family business meetings and you might be able to explain it better than they can, Sebastian doesn't really think like most people"
Newt said "just because I'm a little different doesn't mean I understand everyone else who is different" feathers a little ruffled
Grindelwald said "that is not what I meant, I was saying you both get along and seem to think similarly that you might have a way to explain it that makes more sense then the way we try"
Newt said "ok, I'll consider it depends on what the hang up is because there is still some stuff to what you do that just doesn't make sense to me"
Grindelwald said "let me know next time and I will try to explain it better, you know I don't get mad about questions"
Newt said "sorry, I still have a few issues left over from Theseus yelling about asking stupid questions"
Grindelwald said "I know that and you are doing better about asking questions"
Abernathy came in and asked if we saw jack because jack is avoiding him over the wedding planning
Grindelwald said "he is in his office right now"
Abernathy said "thanks" and walks off to Jack's office
Grindelwald said "speaking of wedding planning we should probably start planning ours soon"
Newt said "I have zero idea what is involved in planning one,I am warning you now I have been banned by all my friends from planning even birthday parties the retired aurors kept listing how many issues or laws would be broke out at the last attempt of planning a small party, I don't mind leaving it up to you"
Grindelwald said "nonsense it's your wedding as well so you will help plan, we can work together so it doesn't end up giving your auror buddies a nightmare"

They portkey to magical china at the animal sanctuary first
Director xia lyn was waiting for us
Director lyn said "it is a pleasure to meet one's such as yourselves newton scamander and Grindelwald"

Director lyn said "is that a fei long of the flying dragon's on your shoulder?"
Newt said "I really don't know what he is,mushy was found by a friend on a mission as a hatchling and was close to starving to death, the little guy has to be hand fed or he ignores it and will not leave me at all, I don't really know much about him that is actually what this trip is about"
Director lyn said "if he is a feilong it would explain that, they hatch from magic when there will be a positive change for magic be it creatures or wizards sometimes both. they will only eat if they find the one that causes the change they hatched for. it will be your guard and guide on the path you are on, it is a honor to be chosen by one not even Merlin had a feilong, you will do great things for mother magic be it for Creatures or wizards has yet to be determined"
Grindelwald said "I have a feeling it will be both, although if it was up to him it would just be creatures and those who love them"
Newt said "you know me well"
Director lyn said "let's get to the reason I invited you Mr Scamander"

Director lyn said "of course, we have two dragon's and a nundu the one we don't know what to class is the yeti"
Newt said "yes because they are listed as a 5x but if you go off of the description of classes they would be a 4x, yeti can be quiet aggressive when agitated though"
Director lyn said "exactly it is a little confusing for us, we would like you to do a health check and examine their enclosure to make sure it suits their needs"
Newt said "that will be no problem"
Director lyn said "let's get started I will show you to the Peruvian vipertooths first"
Newt said "fascinating dragons, they are they only get fifteen foot on average so are considered one of the smaller breeds and are deadly venomous but seldom use their venom unless protecting a nest or injured mate"
Grindelwald said "that is interesting"
Newt continue to rattle on about them until they get to the enclosure
Newt said "stunning mating pair but you have no nesting material for them, unless they choose to shed their scale's they like to nest with white oak or red cedar branches... I still haven't figured out the why of that perhaps to keep pest away?"
Director lyn said "that would make sense, we will get a few trees for them so they can pick their own branches"
Newt said "that would be best and maybe add some ledges to the cliffs once you have hatchlings so they can learn to fly without death falls involved"
Director lyn said "most definitely adding them before they even get the trees, thank you for this you think more like them and understand creatures in a way, I never will"
Newt said "no problem the rest of the habitat looks perfect perhaps add some new types of fish occasionally for entertainment and variety for them"
Director lyn said "nundu is up next"
Newt didn't ramble about them much since Grindelwald knows a lot about them since newt has three in his care that would probably never leave
Director lyn took them to the nundu enclosure
Newt said "nice rainforest but where are the redwoods and ferns?"
Director lyn said "what ferns and what is a redwood? we had a rainforest designer come in and do it"
Newt said "redwoods are a long living tall tree similar to a ceder or a pine but much taller they are hard wood and nundus prefer to sleep in them since it gives added protection and a good view of the area, ferns are a type of shuby plant that makes good hiding spots"
Director lyn said 'we like to keep them where we can see them"
Newt said "ok then, if you ever go for happiness of the nundu over visibility I recommend adding a few"
Grindelwald thought and this was going so well, well at least newt hasn't maimed them yet and kidnapped the nundu
Newt said "I don't recommend getting a male she is past the age to have cubs other than that she is healthy"
Director lyn said "we were hoping to have a litter, oh well we can always buy another pair"
Newt froze and said "I thought this was a sanctuary for them?" Narrowing his eyes slightly
Director lyn said "it is but we buy the animals from traffickers"
Grindelwald thought well this will probably be a crime scene soon
Newt said "very well then next is the yeti correct?"
Director lyn said "yes, let's go there now"
Newt said "what else do you have here?"
Director lyn said "mostly Chinese animals not many from other places"
Newt said "that is interesting how long have you been running?"
Director lyn said "a few months now"
Newt said "you must be doing well?"
Director lyn said "not really, most employees won't stay once they find out we buy the animals not rescue them"
Newt said "I wonder why"
Director lyn said "this is the yeti"
Newt said "no, that is a snow ape not a yeti there is a big difference between the two snow apes need some warmth were as warmer temps kill yeti's they need constant ice or snow, snow apes are not as aggressive or big as a yeti"
Director lyn said "I can assure you that this is a yeti"
Newt said "agree to disagree, Grindelwald let's go to the other stops"
Grindelwald said "of course, we are about to be late to the meeting with monk cho anyway"
Newt and Grindelwald left
Grindelwald said "I'm suprised you did not snap at her or free the animals"
Newt said "it would be stupid to do it before we got some books on mushy and had fun I'll rescue them, shortly before we leave or have you portkey with a golum and rescue them then. so I have a alibi then I can just apperate hop around until I get home or use a illegal portkey since I know how to make them"
Grindelwald said "I was going to see if you would help me smuggle a follower who is trapped in china and can't get through customs without getting arrested with your briefcase but if you portkey home later I can pollijuice them to look like you and portkey with the that is if you don't mind"
Newt said "that works perfectly for both of us since China has pollijuice banned and thinks no one can brew it here they won't think of it being used against them in a escape"
