Gringotts
The next morning the trio sets out to Gringotts. Regulus is in his cat form and Harry has a glamour over his scar. They walk up to a desk, “Hello I would like a meeting with the Black family accountant” Remus shows him the Black family ring which Regulus had given him for this express purpose.
“Follow me” They’re led to a waiting room and left there.
Regulus returns to his human form and removes the glamour on Harry.
A goblin enters the room, “how can I help you today.”
“Larluk, a pleasure as always,” much like with Kreacher Regulus respects Goblins and because of that Larluk who has been the Black family accountant for a long time likes him more than he’s ever liked another Black.
“Lord Black, and I see you have brought Lord Potter.”
“Yes we would like to see the Potters will”
“I will inform the Potters accountant”
After a few minutes Larluk returns with a second Goblin, “This is Boggnuff, he has brought the will”
“I already told you the will is sealed why are you wasting my time”
“I’ve brought Harry Potter and he wishes to see his parents will” The Goblin stares at Harry for a few seconds before setting the sealed will on the table
“If Mr. Potter would place a drop of blood on the scroll” Larluk explains producing a knife as well as some cloth. Regulus takes the cloth and cleans Harry’s thumb
“This will only hurt for a second” Harry squares up and nods to Regulus. He quickly slashes Harry’s thumb and places it on the scroll, after a second he takes it off and whispers a healing spell
The will unravels on its own and you can see two people projected:

Ok first I wanna say Sirius please don’t kill me… oh wait never mind umm moving on, me and Lily love each other very much but we were never more than friends

Yes that and I’m already in a different relationship… who is dead now... so yeah me and Lily weren’t together but people sorta assumed we were cause we lived together so we decided to go with it James shrugs
We thought “breaking up” would bring morale down and we can’t have that during a war Lily explains further
We also wanted a kid and muggles have a way to do it where we don’t have to be together so we did that and now you’re probably thinking James why would Sirius kill you… well I may or may not have been dating your brother… let’s move on
of course James is trying to avoid Sirius’ anger even from the after life
Ok so we’ll start with the actual will first properties: our flat in London goes to Remus, the vacation house in France goes to Sirius, the Potter manor and our house that we a currently in an undisclosed location go to Harry, James do the vaults
Ok so we have a few vaults we’ll start with the Potter vaults which all go to Harry: 684 Potter main vault, 685 our magical item vault, 686 Lord Potter personal vault, 687 the trust vault, although Harry will only have access to the trust vault until he is 16, next I’ll do our personal vaults, 832, is Lily’s vault that will also go to Harry and then I have set up a vault -927- that will have 100 galleons a week going into it that vault goes to Remus Lupin, we know how hard it is for a werewolf to get a good job so we hope this helps James gives an award winning smile
Regulus is pretty sure that Remus is crying but he’s polite enough to pretend not to see
A few other things, our wands go to Harry, all family heirlooms go to Harry and anything not specified goes to Harry
We do want to specify a few other belongings though, there’s a box under my bed in Potter Manor labeled Sirius that goes to well Sirius, I also have some of Sirius’ clothes in my closet so I’m leaving those to Remus if it’s unclear if it’s mine or Sirius’ Remus can decide if he wants it
Regulus can see Remus smiling softly at that
There’s another box under James’ bed in Potter Manor that goes to Mary Macdonald and is labeled with her name. I know she left for America but if she ever wants it that box is for her…
Oh I also have a box of things labeled Reggie that goes to Pandora Lovegood
Regulus blinks at that and wonders if he could get his hands on that box
Lastly and most importantly the care of Harry
Well first he obviously goes to Sirius Black his godfather James butts in
Second would be Alice Longbottom his godmother then would be Remus Lupin, Frank Longbottom, Andromeda Tonks, Pandora Lovegood, Ted Tonks and Xenopholius Lovegood

Whoever is Harry’s guardian has access to the potter manor and bank vault 832 until Harry is of age to claim his title as Lord, is that all

Of course that’s what Harry gets out of that. “For the past ten years I’ve been in a coma and everyone was told I was dead.”
“Why?”
“Because, I thought I would be dead so I told Kreacher to tell everyone that.”
“Ohh…”
“Well we got what we came for let’s go”
“Wait who sealed the potter will” Remus asks
“It was.. Dumbledore” Boggnuff answers
“Wait Dumbledore, he shouldn’t have been able to seal the Potters will” Larluk says
“Who’s Fr-Fradr-ras” Harry asks
“Who” Remus asks
“Here is says Fradras”
“He was the Potter accountant for generations, why isn’t he anymore?” Regulus turns to the goblins
“Dumbledore resigned the position to me after the Potters death” Boggnuff explains
“Dumbledore has no right, Ragnuk will hear about this” Larluk hisses Boggnuff goes white “My deepest apologies Lord Black, Lord Potter, Mr. Lupin I swear this will be fixed” Larluk says to the wizards
“I want a history of the potter accounts for the past nine years” Remus tells the Goblin
“It will be done, I’ll have Fradrass send you a letter when it’s gathered.”
“Thank you Larluk”Regulus smiles at the Goblin
“Thank you Mr. Larlook”
