Party prepping
The weeks went on, James continued to sneak around with Reg meeting up in the Library or there favorite place the Hogwarts ground's stargazing when the nights were not too cold.
Sirius and remus were as oblivious as ever, it was now almost the end of January witch meant another girls night,a full moon, and lily Evans birthday party.
"Look girls and honorary girls its Lilys birthday in a week." Marlene said sternly and everyone cheered. "Shes going to be 16 so we need to throw a party and I was wondering, Sirius would you ask James and peter and all your Mates to set it up after all you guys throw the best partys." She asked grinning. "Yeah of course anything for our lily." Sirius agreed.
Lily giggled. "Thank you sirius and I meed your guy's advice." Lily said meekly. "Ooo what is it! Does it involve a certain Indian boy with glasses?" Dorcus asked smirking. "Hes half South African as well." Sirius chimed in.
"Well yeah I was thinking about confessing to James and telling him how I feel at my party." She blushed. Alice and dorcus squeeled. Sirius's heart sank he knew James did not fancy Lily anymore but could not say anything, what if james was not ready to come out?"Really lily thats great! Good heavans You have to let us help you pick the perfect outfit!" marlene exclaimed. "Oo and makeup." Dorcus added. Liky rolled her eyes. "Of course you guys know more about this sort of thing than I do." He giggled.
"You mean boys?!." Alice laughed. "You see who your in a room with right?" Mary smirked. "Right right Sirius could you help?" He asked jokeingly.
"Ooo almost 16 Lily Evans is fisty! i like it." Marlene said. "Besides sirius is still to nervous to make a move." Alice said patting him on the back.
"Wow thanks guys." He said sarcastically rolling his eyes. "Now Lily show me your dresses!" Marlene asked jumping over everyone to lilys closet. "Ay watch it you almost kicked my head off!" Alice shrieked with her Strong Welsh accent.

"Marauders assemble!" Sirius called busting into the dorm later that night. "What are we super heros or something?! James laughed. Sirius rolled his eyes. "No but we will be the girl's heros if we do this right..." (he paused for a dramatic effect. "We have been asked to plan Lilys Birthday party!!!" He exclaimed.
Peter shot up. "Really!!! Oh this will be great who is invited?!" He asked. "Anyone." Sirius grinned. "Whats the theme?" James asked excitedly. "Magical gardens." Sirius said sparkeling his hand (you know what I mean).
"1 week until the party mates we got this!" Sirius grinned. Remus looked sad. "One week until the full." He muttered. "Oh moony." Sirius said sadly as he set on Remus's bed. "Its fine though I will just have to leave early." He shugged trying to smile. He hated thinking about the full moon and the pain and torcher he will have to suffer through, but worst of all this time his friends would not even be accompanying him after all they have the party.
"I will go with you." Sirius said as he lightly rubbed Moonys back. "No sirius you dont have to, just go enjoy the party." He quickly said as blush kreeped up his face. "Trust me Moons your the best part of the party." He chuckled.
James had to bite his lip from the other side of the room or else he would squeeel and yell st those two idiots. Peter rolled his eyes at James. "Okay well lets get to planning this thing."

Over the following days a plan came together, Remus of course would be in change of music getting all the records organized to perfection and making sure the music would project all across the common room he was given a easier job since he would be very exhausted that day ,Sirius would be in change of food and drinks sneaking away with james’s invisibility cloak to steal the best butter beer and fire whisky. James would set it all up moving the furniture and getting the decorations really setting the scene layering the room with flowers and moss and vines a true fairy cottage party.
Peter had the most importantJob of course he had to lock up the first and second years when the time came after all no children should experience such a party, the last time they were let in it was complete chaos and everyone got in trouble. He was also to keep watch when it was the night of the party warning the marauders when everyone was coming back from dinner.
“Well mates I think this is the best party we ever set up.” James grinned looking around the room at the majestic decor and overflowing food table. “Only the best for Evans.” Sirius remarked.
The girls dorm entrance creaked open lily and mary stayed back to get ready, Mary walked out in a short pastel pink dress with bell sleeves. “I present to you Lily Evans.” She bowed. Lily goggled and stepped out of the stair well.
Her hair was long and fiery orange, she had on a cream colored turtle neck with a brown corduroy dress overtop, she had on cream colored leg warmers and tied the whole ensemble together with a brown headband. “Hi guys.” She giggled.
“Damn Evans you look great! I see what James saw in you for so long.” Sirius laughed. James shot him a worried glance.

“Guys guys everyone is coming is everything ready!” Peter exclaimed. “Thanks worm tail.” James grinned. “Lets get this party started.”
