Day Three
I stretch out my arms, eyes flying open as I realize I’m alone. He left. I sit up anger starting to course through my veins, but it's cut short when the door opens. There Draco stands, a plate of food in one hand and coffee in the other. I smile warmly at him.
“I didn’t want to wake you, but I know how you feel about complimentary breakfast.” I laugh to myself as he brings over the goods.
“I thought you’d woke up and took off.” I take a drink of coffee, one sugar, and a shit ton of milk. Just how I like it. Draco presses a kiss on my forehead.
“Nope, you’re stuck with me now. I’m never letting you go again.”
“You’re so corny.” I shake my head taking a bite of the cheap hotel waffle. There is just something so satisfying about free waffles. I hum happily. Draco settles back into bed beside me.
“Do you have plans next weekend?” I pause my movements, turning to look at him with a smirk.
“Draco Malfoy are you asking me out?” He groans playfully shovinging me.
“Just answer the question, you minx.”
“Sorry, I have plans.” His face falls with confusion. “I have a date with an arrogant prat on Saturday.”
“Well, it sounds like you'll get along, seeing as your a right arsehole.” I laugh, leaning over to press a kiss to his cheek.
“I’d love to go out with you Draco.” He rolls his eyes with a warm smile.
“You're a handful you know that?”
“But you love me anyway?”
“Of course I do.”
It took another three years, but the sapphire ring finally found its home on your finger. Your wedding was a sight to behold, Pansy finally admitting she was responsible for the hotel room in her maid of honor speech. You're still working on expanding the family though, Draco isn’t budging on that quite yet.
