Summary
Voldemort won the war, and the hunt for mudbloods, halfbloods and everyone who tries to rebel against the regime is on. The worst punishments are given to those the government deems 'unsound of mind', namely those protecting and harbouring the half- and mudbloods. These are de-aged to be rehabilitated in a more 'suitable' family. There will be a bit of plot here, but don't expect a full storyline.
