"Merlin, he is such a git"
Malfoy grumbled as he bore holes into Potters back.
Potter, who was sitting across the other side of the Great Hall was happily eating with his friends as if he didn't have a care in the world
As if he didn't just witness Malfoy almost being killed by that horrendous hippogriff!
"Acting all high and mighty after seeing that wretched beast nearly tearing my arm off!"
Pansy flinched as Malfoy slammed his fist on the table, really, could a girl just have dinner in peace? Does she really deserve having to deal with an in-denial blonde prat obsessively talking about his crush?
"Oh calm yourself draco, as if your father would let this slide" pansy rolled her eyes.
"Of Course he won't, I mean just look at my arm! Look at the state of it!" Pansy resisted the urge to roll her eyes again, Instead letting out an exasperated sigh and going back to her meal in peace.
Meanwhile, Malfoy was still gritting his teeth in seething anger at the raven haired boy. Mumbling about how "being famous doesn't excuse him from executing proper grooming!".
At that mumble, Potter turned his head, glancing at Malfoy from the Gryffindor table, causing a staring competition to commence.
They glared intensely at each other, Malfoy narrowing his eyes and curling the corner of his lip in a cocky smirk as if to say "I dare you"
Potter only rolled his eyes at that. 'As if he deserves any of my effort' he scoffed, and with that, he turned to face his annoyingly pudgy faced Gryffindor friends again.
‘what a massive git’ Malfoy scowled, and finally focused on his dinner.
Until the clattering and chatter in the Great Hall abruptly stopped, as bright green light emitted from the entrance doors.
Heads turned to face the source, only to be greeted with familiar faces except...something was off.
They were familiar faces alright, anybody could tell even from afar but they seemed older... far more mature and definitely more wiser, and they heavily resembled the two enemies from Gryffindor and Slytherin house.
