Luciano Silver Swan was Bella’s younger brother. He lived in Forks, Washington with his dad, unlike his sister. Not only that but he was a Half-blood wizard while his sister was a squib. His mother didn’t know about magic at all. And even if she did she wouldn’t have cared about him. She thought he was useless just because he was born with female reproductive organs. That was the real reason for his mother and father's split.
“Silver,” Charlie said before coming into his room.
“What,” Silver asked.
“I am going to meet the new family that just moved to town. Do you want to come with me,” Charlie told his son.
“Are you sure,” Silver asked, his tail swishing behind him.
That’s another thing. The reason they even live in Forks is due to Silver’s inheritance. On his 12th birthday, he woke up with a cat tail and ears. Due to the vicinity of Forks, Washington to Mystic Academy of Magic, they moved there. Charlie got a job as chief of police and his son got to go to school without having to hide what he was at all times like he would have at Ilvermorny. Illvormorny was much like Hogwarts when it came to rules on creatures, you had to hide what you were, and if you might attack someone you either had to take a very dangerous potion to your creature or you couldn’t go to the school. Mystic Academy followed both the court of supernaturals laws as well as the ICW’s laws.
“Considering that they are wizards,” Charlie answered. “Yes, I’m sure.”
“Let me get my glamor cuff on then we can go,” Silver told his father.
