interrogation
Molly Weasley was having a horrible day. First she finds out that Dumbledore is being sentenced to work in the mines of Gringotts with no magic for the rest of his life. Then she finds out that she has no more money in her vault which should not be possible. And finally she and her three children have been placed in cells at the ministry.
No one at all, not even Percy who was in the cell next to hers, would speak to her. The ministry didn’t even give a reason for their arrest, at least not to them.
Above the floor with all the cells Arthur Weasley and his 4 children were talking with Kingsley about what they should do. As it turned out Arthur and Molly were never married let alone dating. Arthur had been married to Fabian and with the help of fae magic had 4 children with him before Fabian and Gideon had passed. The day of their death Molly had come over to see how Arthuor was doing. She had brought over food for all of them that Unbenounced to them had liquid imperius in it so that she could control each of them. Thankfully Bill and the twins were not completely human even though they were not 10 years of age yet. Bill and the twins had partially active fae blood Charlie did not. Charlie fell to the spell until his 12th birthday when he became a fire elf. The only one that had been controlled for the longest was Arthur who had broken the spell on the twins' 14th birthday two years before.
“We need to disown them,” Arthur said.
“That is not possible,” Kingsley stated. “They were never weasleys meaning they can’t be disowned.”
“Then how can they use the last name without punishment from lady magic,” Bill asked.
“A spell that Dumbledore placed on them that blocked any punishment they would have gotten,” Kingsly said. “After the questioning they will be going to the goblin mines to work off all their debt and be given what lady magic had tried to give them.”
“Kingsly,” A voice sounded on the other side of the door, very alarmed.
Kingsley got up and answered the door where a scrawny young man in an aura uniform stood. The man was shaking and had a hard time breathing like he had run up the stairs from the very bottom level of the ministry which he probably did.
“The Prewett’s have lost their magic,” the man gasped out. “The two youngest disappeared when Molly lost her magic. Should we go looking for them?”
“No,” Kingsly stated, “they were clearly golems made of the souls of her two miscarriages. Take Percival and Molly to Gringotts and let them deal with them if the interrogation is over.”
The man left the room, closing the door behind him. The Weasley's all breathed out a sigh of relief. They did not have to deal with the two youngest of the Prewett’s because they never existed. It would seem though that Bill might still have to deal with his aunt who was not his true mother and his cousin.
“Can we leave now that this is over with or will we be questioned as well,” Arthur asked, wanting to get back to work.
“Yes you may go,” Kingsley said. “Also Bill gringotts contacted me asking me to tell you that you are being transferred to the US. they did not say why.”
“Guess I need to pack my bags then,” Bill Said as they all left the room.
