A Little Rabbit Christmas: A Lose Control Christmas Special

Fenrir

Giggles and music filled the kitchen. Sugar, flour, and sprinkles covered the countertop. Fenrir watched as his granddaughter cracked an egg over the bowl. Eggshell fell in the batter.

“Great job Bean. Let Pop Pop see something real quick.” Fen reached into the bowl and took out the pieces of shell. Green eyes sparkled up at him. Zadie’s curly hair used to be in two perfect ponies. Are uneven and messy. If Severus or Tom would see her now they would have a fit. Princess Zadie must look like a princess at all times.

“Pop pop mix!” You would think Tom had Zadie himself. She was as strong-headed and authoritative just like her Papa. Though she did have her Daddy’s soft side as well.

“Yes Bean, we will mix. Once we bake and decorate these we will be ready for tomorrow night.”

Zadie nodded her curls bounced. “Yes, Pop Pop! Cookies for Santa!”

“Santa better bring Princess Bean whatever she wants if not Pop Pop will give Santa a knuckle sandwich.” Fenrir made a fist.  Zadie giggled. She made a fist with her messy hand.

“Knuckle sammach!”

“I leave you  alone with my precious granddaughter and look what you taught her.” Severus huffed as he walked across the room to Zadie. He loved teasing his husband.

“Bean tell Grampa what Pop Pop will do if Santa doesn’t give you what you want?”

“A knuckle sammach!” Zadie shook her tiny fist toward Severus who rolled his eyes.

He leaned down and kissed their granddaughter’s forehead.

“Of course he will. Though you have nothing to worry about Dove, you are on the good list.” Zadie squealed. Fenrir barked a laugh when the three-year-old threw her arms around Severus. He wore his signature all-black suit. Which was now covered in egg, flour, and sugar. Severus groaned. His eyes glared holes into Fen as he laughed harder.

“I luv you Grampa!” He watched as Severus' glare turned soft.

“I love you too, Dove.” Fenrir didn’t think he could love the man more. The way he is with their granddaughter makes him fall even more.

“Hey, what about Pop Pop? I am the one who helped with cookies!” Severus smirked at him and squeezed Zadie tighter. The toddler pulled away from her grampa. She turned and flung herself into his arms.

“Luv you to Pop Pop!”

Severus

Severus walked into the room his son sat on the couch. His granddaughter was on his lap. Brodie was on the couch next to them. The dog would not let Harry or Zadie out of his sight.

“Grampa!” Zadie bounced up and down. Harry looked up at him with a bright smile.

“About time! You promised a movie night! Zadie and I have been waiting forever. We thought since Papa and Pop Pop had work tonight we could have fun. Isn’t that right Zadie girl?”

“Yep, Daddy! Movie Grampa!” Harry patted the seat next to him. Severus sat next to him. Harry’s head found his shoulder as a Christmas movie with a grumpy green guy. When the creature first came on the screen Zadie pointed at the tv and shouted.

“Grampa!” Harry chuckled next to him. Severus’ head snapped over to his granddaughter who was so happy. He took the little girl off her dad’s lap. He stood her on his lap, their noses almost touching.

“You think the Grinch looks like Grampa?” Zadie giggled harder. Severus bit back a smile.

“Yep! He has Grampa’s face.” She glared at him through her giggles.

“Oh is that right?”

Severus started to tickle the toddler. “Grampa doesn’t look like the Grinch you do!” Zadie's giggles grew louder. “Grampa!!! D….Daddy help!”  Harry sat up quickly. His son raised his hands.

“Grampa, you better stop tickling your Dove or I will have to tickle you.” Severus played along.

“Never!” Severus stopped tickling as soon as his son started tickling him. The brat wasn’t holding back. Zadie jumped in as well helping her daddy.

“OH NO! No more tickles!” Severus pleaded playfully. He didn’t think he would be a great, grandparent. Though Fen tells him every day. On nights like tonight, he could feel that he was. “I give. I look like the Grinch!”

By the end of the night, Severus had his son asleep with his son’s head on his shoulder and his granddaughter asleep on his lap. What a perfect night.

Harry

Harry was warm, so perfectly warm. Tom was spooned up behind him like he was every night. It wasn’t night though. It was early in the morning. Harry should still be sleeping and normally would be. But it was Christmas. A part of him wanted to go into Zadie’s room and wake her. That would be a bad idea. They would have a very cranky girl on their hands. Harry would have to have a nap later.

“Rabbit, why are you not asleep?” Tom’s lips gently kissed his neck. “Are you feeling unwell?” There was a hint of nervousness in his voice. Harry snuggled back into his husband.

“No, I feel amazing. I’m just too excited to sleep. It’s Christmas! I want to wake up Zadie and have her open all her presents.” Tom's hand slipped underneath his shirt. Harry shivered at the contact. His husband’s touch always made him feel that way.

“It’s only,” Tom looked over to the clock. “5:30 in the morning. She won’t wake for at least two more hours. How about we try to get more rest.” Tom’s finger glided up his chest and plucked at his right nipple. Harry moaned and pushed his arse back into Tom.

“It looks like my Rabbit has something else in mind.” Tom nibbled at his ear lobe. His hand moved over to his left nipple before he could feel the pleasure of the pinch the door creaked open. Harry giggled when Tom groaned behind him.

Tiny footsteps echoed in the quiet room, followed by clicks of puppy paws.

“Let's wake up Daddy first, Browdie!” Zadie ‘whispered’.  Harry quickly closed his eyes. He didn’t want to ruin her fun. The covers on the bed moved as Zadie pulled herself up onto the bed. She climbed on top of him. For a moment, she cuddled on his chest. He wanted to wrap his arms around her. Cuddles was his favorite. On the days when he was extra tired, she would come into his bed. Zadie would color quietly or simply cuddle with him until he woke. She was the sweetest little girl. The quiet didn’t last long soon she was bouncing on top of him.

“Daddy… Daddy wake up! It’s Christmas! We gotta see if Santa comes!” Harry’s eyes popped open.

“Zadie girl! Happy Christmas!” He kissed the giggling girl all over her face.

“Happy Christmas!” She wriggled out of his grip and jumped onto Tom.

“Papa… Wake up it’s Christmas!” Tom groaned. When his eyes opened. There was nothing but pure love showing.

“Morning my Princess. You are up early. Are you excited?” Harry loved to watch how sweet he was with their daughter. He moved to lay his head on Tom’s shoulder.

“Yes, Papa!” Tom pressed a kiss onto her forehead.

“Then I guess you should go wake your Grandfathers.” Zadie screeched happily as Tom placed her on the ground. “Walking feet, Princesses don’t run.” He reminded her as she bounced out of the room. Brodie is right behind her.

Harry was soon flat on his back. Tom was on top of him. His thumb rubbed his bottom lip.

“We are going to finish this later. I want my favorite Christmas present.” Tom rocked his hips. Their matching erections rubbed together.

“Yes, my King.” Harry moaned out quietly. The door was still wide open. His husband leaned down. Their lips pressed together in a deep kiss.

“Come on you two! Bean is ready for presents.” Pop’s voice boomed into the room. Tom groaned and rested their foreheads together.

“I’m going to kill him.”

“If you kill him your Princess will be upset. She loves him.” Harry countered. He knew his husband was joking, well a little.

“I don’t know why.”

“Because I’m her Pop Pop. Now get your arse up!” Fen said further down the hall.

“Later.” Tom kissed him again.

“Later.”

Tom

Tom held Harry’s hand as they walked down the stairs. The enormous  Christmas tree sat in front of the window of the sitting room. Harry had a decorating party. Fen and Severus were there. They had a family dinner afterward. Followed by hot cocoa in front of the fire as they enjoyed their Christmas tree. It was over-decorated for his liking but after their first Christmas together. Tom couldn't say no. Harry cried because Tom bought him a Christmas tree. He couldn’t tell his Rabbit no. He would never tell his Rabbit no.

When they walked into the sitting room. Zadie was bouncing up and down. Her curls lay on her shoulders. She was in a red tartan nightgown. Brodie was also wearing matching pajamas. Where his Rabbit found them he didn’t know. Thankfully he didn’t buy them all matching pajamas.

“Papa! Santa came! Pop Pop won’t have to give him a knuckle sammach!”  Tom looked over at Fen who smirked at him.

“Of course not Princess. You are the smartest, most gorgeous, perfect Princess ever. If Santa ever forgets you Papa will make sure he never will.” Harry rolled his eyes and kissed him on the cheek. He went over to pick up their daughter.

“Come Zadie girl let's see what Santa brought you.”

After the presents were opened. Paper littered the ground. If you had told Tom when he was an orphan growing up in an orphanage that he would have Christmas mornings like this. he would have laughed. Tom had a family. A beautiful family at that.

Once all of the presents were open Fen and Severus took Zadie into the kitchen to start breakfast. His rabbit looked nervous as he held a present. He didn’t remember buying him anything else. Who could it be from? Alarms went off in his head.

“What do you have there Rabbit?” Harry’s eyes snapped up to meet his.

“There is one last present… I am a little worried to give it to you. You… You don’t have to say yes. I mean our life is perfect how it is right now but…” Tom pressed a finger on his rambling Rabbit’s lips. He took the thin present. He quickly tore the paper off a manila envelope.

Tom turned it over and opened it. The papers he pulled out of it were documents. His eyes scanned the top. Adoption papers. Adoption papers?

When he looked back up to his husband, there were tears in his eyes.

“What’s going on Rabbit?” The younger man's lip trembled.

“You know how we have Christmas supper at the orphanage. There will be a new family member there. I mean if we want a new family member. Tom, we got a call the other day. There is a baby that will be arriving today. He left at the hospital. There is no family. They left him Tom and..” Tom cut him off with a kiss. A baby. Harry wanted to add to their family. He knew that his husband wanted Zadie to have a sibling. A baby, their little family could be complete.

“You gave me a son for Christmas?” Tom asked on his lips.

“Y…Yes. I mean if you want him.” Oh, his sweet Rabbit.

“Of course I want him. Our family will be complete then.” His Rabbit wrapped his arms around his neck.

“ I love you, Tom”

“I love you Rabbit.”

It didn’t matter how many times he walked into the orphanage he remembered some of the bad. Though now it is easier to remember the good. The best memory was when he saw Zadie for the first time and then when they took her home.

Now today, he could add another good memory.

They were greeted like they were every time they visited. Harry would volunteer. Tom funded a lot of the orphanage now so all the kids would have a good life here until they were adopted or unfortunately, aged out. Even then, he would help the kids start a trade or schooling.

Harry left his side. He took Zadie with him. He was lost in thought when he felt a small body hug onto his leg.

“Papa! Look at my new brofer! He is so pretty!” Tom looked down at his daughter and then up. Harry stood in front of him with a small bundle in his arms. A green hat poked out of a white blanket trimmed in red. Mini Santa faces covered the white.

“ I would like for you to meet our son. Do.. Do you want to name him? I only have one request. I want his middle name to be Thomas.”

Tom looked down at his son. He was so small. His hair was white blond with rosy cheeks and a button nose.

“Rowen Thomas Riddle. Our Little Prince.”

“Wowen! My brofer!”

“Perfect My King. Rowen Thomas Riddle.”

Rowen was cuddled by  Harry and then his grandparents. Even Zadie cooed over her brother. This orphanage wasn’t a sad place for him anymore. Tom Riddle had his family now. All he needed was His Rabbit, Princess, and his Little Prince.
