Harley felt her hopes dash. Viktor actually wanted to be in the tournament and she didn't know him. He probably wouldn't agree to marrying her if it got him knocked from the tournament. "Who is it?", asked Hermione after seeing the look on her face.
Harley sighed and showed her the paper. "Viktor Krum but I don't know him and he'll probably not go for if it might get him knocked from the tournament.", says Harley rubbing her temples. Hermione reaches out grabbing Harley's hand and squeezing.
"It'll be fine. I've spoken Viktor before. Briefly but he's a good man it seems and I'm sure he'd want you to be safe from whatever is happening. Plus only females get exempt from the tournament with this rule, not males. He'll still be allowed to participate if he does it.", says the brunette soothingly.
"I hadn't thought of that. Thanks, Hermione. Your a good friend.", said Harley. "What's the rest say?", said Hermione.
"Let me look. I only read to the soulmate part. I'll read the rest aloud.", said Harley. Harley looks back at the sheet of paper.

Harley paused in her reading at that. "Dumbledore and I certainly need to have a conversation about those blocks set by him on me.", said Harley through gritted teeth before she continued reading the sheet of paper.

Curses under: Horocrux imbedded in scar on forehead(put there by Voldemort).", finishes Harley reading aloud to Hermione and the goblin.
"What's a Horocrux? It says I have one in the scar on my forehead put there by Voldemort.", said the black haired witch. The goblin hissed and said, "Nasty parasites. There are pieces of souls fractured off when you kill someone with the death curse. They need a host like an object or person. It must be removed from you and put in a object to be destroyed. If Voldemort put it there then it must be his soul shard. Please immediately follow me to the ritual room."
This scared Harley immensely. So she immediately stood up and followed him out of the room. Hermione scrambled after them. "We can also remove the blocks on you and find any other horocrux's at the same time. It's a long ritual though, about 3 hours.", said the goblin as they stopped before the ritual room.
The goblin didn't bother to knock as he threw open the door. "Chainrip, we have an emergency. There is horocrux.", yelled the goblin. A female goblin who seemed to getting things ready for a ritual stopped what she was doing and spun around with wide eyes.
"What did you say, Ripclaw? A horocrux? Where is it?", Chainrip. "It's embedded in the scar on Harley Potter's forehead.", said the male goblin quieter as he moved to tje side to reveal the two young girls. The female goblin's eyes widened further.
"Come in, Lady Potter and friend. We must start the ritual immediately. I need a little more information and time to get ready but we must start as soon as possible.", said Chainrip.
Three hours and twenty minutes later the blocks and horocrux were gone from Harley. They'd transferred the horocrux to a pocket watch and used that to summon all the other horocrux objects of Voldemort and destroyed them. Harley and Hermione got to watch as they did so. It was impressive. However the whole cost 532 galleons from Harley's account.
When it was all done Hermione and Harley took a copy of the blood test and scuttled off to the ally again where Harley put on her invisibility cloak again. They then hurried back to Hogwarts. The next day Harley went up to Viktor after breakfast before classes started.
She cleared her throat and tapped his shoulder. Viktor spun around. He was considerably taller then Harley being a couple years older then her and almost fully grown if not already so. Viktor said nothing but to her but stared at her quietly. "I need to talk to you privately about something important. It can't wait. Please follow me.", says Harley nervously after finding her voice finally. Viktor nodded and followed her into a storage closet.
"What is it, Miss Potter?", he asked in a thick accent. She took a deep breathe and took out her test results. "Well, you see I didn't enter myself into the tournament or ask anyone to do it. So I and my friend Hermione found a way for me to get out of it but I need your help to so. Female witches, not males, if they marry their soulmate are allowed out of the tournament. I went to Gringotts and got a test done to see who my soulmate is and it was you. So will you marry me, please?", she said and held out the results of her blood test to him.
He took the paper and looked over the results, he seemed to be scrutinizing it. As he got towards the bottom he stiffened. "I already had the blocks and Horocrux removed.", said Harley nervously. He relaxed a little at that. "It will not effect my ability to enter the tournament you say?", he asks
"No. The rule only applies to female witches, not wizards. You'll be fine to compete.", said the ravenette. He handed her back the paper. "Alright, I'll do it.", said Viktor surprising Harley. She throws her arms around him.
"Thank you. Thank you so much. You're truly saving my life by doing this.", says Harley nearly sobbing. Shockingly Viktor hugs her back.
