- May 1998
- After the battle everyone pitched in to help clean up Hogwarts
- Hermione helped McGonagall track down the all the Muggleborns that couldn't attend Hogwarts in the previous year (they found out that Snape had charmed the book of students to hide their current records so that the Death Eaters couldn't find them).
- Percy, and Mr. Weasley helped Kingsley put the ministry back together.
- Ginny kept the Burrow running. Mrs. Weasley and George fell apart after Fred's death. Ginny made sure they ate. She was the one that managed to get George to reopen the joke shop.
- June 1998
- Harry, Ron, Charlie, and Bill the last mission to round up death eaters. The ones that escape go into hiding. The Aurors track them down over the next few years
- July 1998
- Harry and Ginny officially get back together
- September 1998
- Harry, Ron, and Neville move into Grimmauld Place while they finished Auror training.
- Ginny and Hermione return to Hogwarts
- May 1999
- Hermione moves into Grimmauld Place.
- Ginny lives at the Burrow while trying out for pro-Quidditch
- June 1999
- Ginny moves to Holyhead to live in team quarters

- Ron and Hermione get a flat together.
