He Was Chaos, He Was Revelry

December 18th, 1975
Gryffindor Common Room
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

Regulus was at a Gryffindor party. Barty had insisted everyone in their group go and Dorcas had forced him into some ridiculous muggle outfit; some kind of band shirt and jeans with rips in them. Rips. Regulus hated the whole thing more than he hated his uncle Cygnus.

Until James Potter stumbled over to him slightly tipsy.

James grinned at him. 'You look fu- fucking gorgeous, Baby Black.'

"I-. Potter, sincerely, fuck off."

'Why should I? Hey, Black, is there a curfew in heaven?' James asked, clicking his fingers in a ridiculous gun motion.

"You're drunk. Merlin."

Then James kissed him. James fucking Potter kissed him.

And Regulus kissed back.

Over and over again.

Regulus' head swirled with emotions; guilt, euphoria, excitement, happiness, regret.

He shouldn't feel like this. He knew he shouldn't.

Regulus tried to pull away but soon relented, telling himself it would be fine if his parents just never found out about this.

James took a moment to breathe and dragged Regulus upstairs.

James pushed Regulus onto one of the scarlet and gold four-poster beds, pressing him against the mattress and pressing his lips to Regulus' over and over.

Regulus was stiff and tense at first, but soon let himself relax into everything. James put a knee between Regulus' legs, and Regulus breath hitched.

James leaned off him for one minute.

'Can I-?'

"Yes. Fuck, yes, please, Potter."

James nodded and slid a hand under Regulus' shirt, the other pressing against the bedsheets. A moan slipped through Regulus' lips as James trailed kisses down his body.
