Harry post war.
The horcrux was feeding off Harry's magic and lifeforce. Now that it's gone Harry feels like he was never really alive before.
"Neither can live while the other survives"
He is infinitely stronger.
Magic comes easy to him, and his power dwarfs any other wizards.
He has to keep control of his magic and learn all over again how to use it without blowing things up.
