“What do you mean she randomly landed into a skip at Diagon Alley? Did you hit your head, Potter?” A black-cloaked man with a hooked nose called upon Harry as he was found with Celestine.
“I-It’s true, Professor Snape, I really did find her there.” Harry scratched his head.
Celestine tilted her head as she walked away to look at the night sky through one of the arched pillars, tuning out Harry’s conversation with Professor Snape as she shook her leg and scratched off her fingernails.
She gazed at the view of nature, all breezy, serene, and ethereal. The way the moon shined its reflection on the dark lake, near the swaying trees that lay beneath the soft grass.
How could nature look this beautiful when it’s cruel?
Wait, what am I even saying?
Celestine turned around just as Harry was about to walk up to her, telling her to follow him.
“Why? Did I do something wrong?”
“No, nothing. Just follow me, okay? We just need to talk to my headmaster—Hogwarts’s headmaster; Dumbledore.”
Celestine nodded and proceeded to follow Harry as Professor Snape was behind them both.
“Just to be clear, I didn’t do anything wrong, right?” Celestine whispered to Harry.
“Of course not, why would you be?” Harry whispered back to her, looking into her eyes to put her at ease.
