regulus and Kreacher's night of gossip
Regulus watched the closed door in worried about what Severus was getting up to and who is this Draco. Are they someone he's close to? Of course, they are close. He left me for them just when I got back. I hope Sev will come back to me soon. I still have some questions I need answers to.
I jumped out of my skin when I felt Kreacher place his hand on my knee. I looked down at Kreacher the only family I had left that still loved me. They had big wide pleading eyes that were gliding with concern.
“Master Regulus is doing better now right Mister Severus would not leave if you were not doing well”
I smiled at Kreacher was always caring when it was concerning me and he tolerated Sirius for the longest time because I loved him. Not after he left without me kreacher took the greatest betrayal. I would often hear him rant and rave about the disgraced black brother.
“ That nasty boy he doesn't have a once of loyalty in him.”
“ How dare he hurt my good master, master regulus deserves the world and to be tossed away like an old pillowcase”
“Good master Regulus’s pinky is worth more than the whole of that rotten boy.” I would hear him rave whenever I would come home after the school year after my mother got done with me.
I reached down and pulled Kreacher into my lap so I could hug them. They must have been alone in that house with Sirius that would have been torture. “I am here, I will never go off alone again”
“I am sorry it must have been awful being suck with Sirius I know you hate each other and he has never been kind to you,” I say in a mournful way
Keature pulled back shaking his head “No master regulus the ungrateful one has been in Azkaban since the dark lord died”
“WHAT!!!” I audibly gasped in shock. What in the world did Sirius do to get landed there? He was close to Potter and they could get away with anything.
“ Master Sirius was sent there for killing muggles but he escaped a year ago and now is living in the manor” Kreacher let out in a whine. I gaped at him sirius wouldn't do that that would be going against everything the potters stood for and he did not have the spine to go against the one that gave him a “real” family. I let out a sigh remembering the first time that he told me about Potter calling him the brother he never had. Right to my face Severus had a conniption over that little stunt.
“ what has he been saying happened if he is at the old house? I asked out of curiosity.
Kreatcher looked around to make sure no one would hear him divulge the bits of information he had most likely eavesdropped from Sirius. “ He is saying that Petter framed him and that he escaped to kill the rat”
“ But the icky boy could not even do that the rat escaped and now he is stuck in the manor much to his irritation” I huffed out a laugh kreacher always loved gossiping about how much Sirius skewed up. I always thought something was a bit off in the way he would know when to say certain things to rile his friends up. Then the next thing I would know Severus would come back to me in a bloody mess.
I let out a side I don't what to think about the things they did to Severus. I turned to Kreacher and asked “Won't he notice that you aren't at the house? I would hate for Kreacher to get into trouble with Sirius. He has a mean streak that I would not want Kreacher to suffer through.
A satisfied smirk spread over his face as he said “The ungrateful boy does not want to see Kreacher and told me to get out of his sight so Kreacher did exactly what was of him” A chuckle escaped from my mouth kreacher lives to find loopholes to use against sirius.
“ Master Regulus, they are destroying all of the family heirlooms they need dark which is all of them and he has helped the order of Phoenix set up headquarters at the manor,” they asked with anxiety.
“We need to get all of the important things out of the house '' I stated some of the things in the manor have been in the family for centuries. We need to beagle to sneak them out of the house without Sirius noticing.
“ Kreacher in my room under my secret stash under the loose floorboard, I have a bag in there with the undetectable extension charm on it”
“ I want you to slowly sneak the most important artifacts out of the house so that way I can put them in my vault when we figure out what to do with the ministry.
A look of relief chrome over Kreacher's face and said “Of course Master Regulus I will make sure it is done”
“I want them out of my home i am the rightful heir to the family of Black after I am back I want to cast them out”
“I will need Severus' help i will need to make a plan with Severus when he gets back”
“ Well now that is done, will you tell me what actually happened in the cave that caused Severus to blush so much?" I wanted to know the true story knowing I would never get it out of severus.
A fond smile appeared on Kreacher's face “Mister Severus was quite upset when he learned of master regulus's fate”
“ he made me take him to the cave and he was radiating so much anger I was worried about what he was going to do”
“ He cast the fiendfyre into the cave and it was the most powerful magic Kreacher has ever felt before” My eyes widened at that Kreacher had been alive for a long time Severus must have put all of his leaking emotions into the spell.
“Kreacher made sure to apparate mister Severus out before he could be hurt and close the cave behind us and Severus grabbed me and cried and cried until he could no more” Kreacher had so much awe in his voice I don't think he has ever met someone where he could relate to their emotions.
When we went back into the cave the fire had destroyed everything and in my haste to get him out the locket was left in the cave.” I was in awe of Severus. He was just so amazing he killed all those Inferi. He felt so much about me that he could use his emotions to fuel his spell and destroy the things that caused me harm. If I was a better person I think Severus going on a rampage would disturbed me but all it did was make me swoon a bit.
While I was distracted thinking about Severus I heard Kreacher speak up “Mister Severus loves master Regulus and Kreacher thinks master Regulus should tell him about his love”
I shake my head “No kreacher I will not tell him I have been gone for 15 years I doubt that Severus will want to start anything with me, and I will not destroy our relationship by being greedy” I was greedy with Sirius love and that ended up pushing him out of my life altogether. I will not do the same with Severus i will never lose Severus if I have any say in the matter.

I fell asleep after I told Kreacher to go back to the manor so he could start sneaking artifacts out of the manor in my bag. I woke back up late into the night when I heard someone stumbling into the house.
“Severus is that you '' I called out into the house. I heard Severus grunt in response but I would be able to recognize his voice no matter what. I was smiling when I saw the door knob turning but I soon lost it when I saw Severus walk into the room he was covered in blood.
I stood up and rushed over to him. I started running my hands over Severus trying to find out where the blood was coming from. “ Tell me where it hurts Severus, and to be specific don't try and hide it from me,” I said in a voice that meant I would not take no for an answer.
Severus rested against me let out a small laugh and said “It's not mine it's Draco’s he was going throw a Veela's first shift”
I winced when I heard that the first shift for a Veela is one of the most painful thighs a person could go through but who is Draco and why does Severus care so much about them? “ who is Draco Severus”
“My godson is Lucius and Narcissa's son he just turned 14” Severus said and the relief that went through me when I heard that was frankly a little embarrassing.
Severus placed his forehead against mine and continued speaking “Speaking of those meddlers they know about you Lucius saw into my mind and saw everything that happened i did not betray your trust willingly”
I grabbed the back of his neck and replied “It's ok Severus i was quite close to Narcissa and she would not let Lucius do anything to hurt me, no one can stop that woman when she puts her mind to it”
Severus let out a chuckle at that and said “ Yeah she said so herself she misses you too and wants to help you to be able to come back into society and not worry about the Aurors”
I smiled “That will be a big help I want to be able to kick the order out of my house I want to be able to go home and bring you with me, I want you to be able to live in a place where you can have a functional potions lab through the summer”
Severus pulled back to look at him in shock. I started talking before he could try to convince me to try to talk me out of my plans. I grabbed his face and tiled his head up so that he was looking me in the eyes "Severus I don't want people in my childhood home that have hurt you I won't stand for it and you deserve to leave this home I know how much you hate it here”
‘Plus it'll piss off Sirius, don't you want to help me make his life miserable for daring to keep my letter from you? '' I asked in a pleading voice.
I noticed a slight blush across his cheekbones as he let out a breathy “Yeah, ok I'll go with you”.
I smile at him and tell him” alrighty now you are going to get into bed with me and get some sleep so that we can start planning in the morning and I won't take no for an answer sev '' I grasp his arm and pull him onto the bed.
He seemed too tired to do anything but close his eyes and almost fall asleep sitting. I pulled off his bloodied clothes and pulled out clean pajamas from the dress and helped him change his clothes. I pulled the cover over him and climbed into bed right next to him and climbed into bed right next to him. I fell asleep to the sound of his breathing. It was quite a nice sound to fall asleep too.
