Solutions & Situations

Tokoyami waves good-bye to Uraraka, swiftly turning his head to walk over to the collection of desks pushed to form a circle, where his male classmates resided.

He walks over to the desk formation, glancing around to find who he could talk to first. Tokoyami feels a bit doubtful in his decision to follow Urarakas advice. Who would want to migrate with him? I mean, they all have classes... tests.. exams.. events, parties, festivals and... and friends... none of them are close enough with him to want to go? Right? Tokoyami shook those ideas out of his head. He remembered Urarakas words and decided that there was only one thing that he could do to benefit him in this.. situation he had: Push on.

Pushing on was the only way he could succeed and find someone to travel with, he had already failed so many time... First, with his parents, then next with Hawks, and Uraraka. He didn't want to fail more, but fate never really seemed to play on his side.

Tokoyami decided the best person to start with in the group would be Kirishima. He seemed like a good bet, and someone who would most likely up for an adventure. But he wasn't sure how good of friends they were. Kirishima had headphones in and was apparently playing some sort of 2 player game with Bakugo on his switch (Which he had on hand of course). Tokoyami walked up and tapped him with the back of his knuckles to get his attention.

"Hey Tokoyami! What's up dude!" Kirishima pulled down his headphones to his neck and stood up to greet Tokoyami with a dab-up.

"Hey Kirishima, I sortta got a favor to ask of you..." Tokoyami replied. Kirishima shot him a confused look and tilted his head to the side, resembling a confused puppy. Toko figured out that Kirishima must have thought he was going to ask him to do something wrong, so he quickly raised his arms and waved his hands a bit. "No, no wait! I'm not going to ask you to do anything weird or illegal! Nothing like that!" He exhaled and slouched over into the empty chair next to Kirishima.

"So what's the favor dude? I mean, if it's not anything weird.. I'm sure I'd be down!" Kirishima leaned back in his chair to meet Tokoyami's view.

"Really? Well.. I guess it's kind of a strange request.. But Y'know how birds migrate and stuff right? For the winter? Well, I'm a bird so.. I gotta migrate and-"

"DUDE!" Kirishima cut off. "You are NOT an immigrant! Don't say that about yourself! You are a Japanese citizen! Born and raised here I KNOW IT!" Kirishima cheered out, placing his hands onto Tokoyami's shoulders, shaking him.

Tokoyami left out a laugh and shook Kirishima's hands off of him.

"No, dude, MIGRATE. Not immigrant. I need to fly somewhere warm for the winter. Winters are hard for birds, especially cold winters here in Japan. So I'm taking it upon myself to fly over to South Africa and stay there until spring."

"Ohhh type beat, I get you now Toko my boy."

"So you'll come with me?" Tokoyami asked cheerfully. Could the second person he asked after Uraraka accept his offer?

"Nah man, If I miss school for that long, my mom would beat me. But you do that! Snap me pics of it though. I'm sure someone would wanna go with you! Ask Bakugo, he likes warm places like that, with no rain."

Feeling let down, he let out a sigh. But in appreciating Kirishimas advice, he got up and walked over to where Bakugo was sitting.

"Thanks anyway man."

As he scooted a few desks down in the circle, he appeared next to Bakugo who was playing the same game with Kirishima, but instead of a Switch, he was playing it on his school Chromebook.

"DUDE WHY THE FUCK DID YOU PUT DOWN A BANNA PEEL? BOWSERS CAR IS GONNA FUCKING SLIP KIRISHIMA DUDE FUCK YOU!" Bakugo was yelling into his headset (Even though Kirishima was sitting across from him). "WHY DID YOU FUCKING CHOOSE DAISY YOU BITCH DUDE HER HITBOX IS SMALLER THAN BOWSERS I CAN'T HIT YOU WITH A SHELL UGUUGHHH" Bakugo screamed out. He slammed down on his keyboard and his space bar launched out and smoke started to pour out of his charging port. "Anddd great dude. Kirishima your dumbass game of mario kart just gave me ANOTHER tech fee. Fuck you man." Kirishima begins to burst out crying-laughing at his response.

"Uhh.. Hey Bakugo?" Tokoyami asked, scooting closer to him.

"Oh, hey Tokoyami. What do you need?" He asked calmly, contrary to his previous mood.

"Well, I kind of have a proposition for you.." Tokoyami continued. "I'm a bird, and it's getting cold out.. so I need to migrate right?"

"Uh, yeah I guess?"

"Well, how would you like to come with me! It's really warm and nice over in South Africa!" Bakugo looked confused. "Anddd I heard there's no rain in South Africa! hmm? Hmm?" Tokoyami nudged Bakugo with his shoulder.

"Yeah no OFFENSE, Tokoyami... But that sounds really fucking stupid. South Africa? That's the best place you could think of to go? Why not just go by yourself? And yeah, I don't like the rain, but I also hate the heat. I also don't like big open, empty spaces. I also don't like flying. And how would I even get there? How would I fly? Plus, I would miss way too much of school. This is just a stupid idea." Bakugo ranted. This phrase filled Tokoyami to the brim with rage. He started to think irrationally, and wound up his fist.

BAM!

Tokoyami right-hooked Bakugo right in the nose. Bakugo quickly cupped his hands around his face as blood started to gush out.

"Don't speak ill on South Africa.." Tokoyami stood up and glared at Bakugo.

"OW DUDE? TOKOYAMI WHAT THE FUCK?" He screeched.

"I didn't even want you to migrate with me you bleached-blonde bitch" Tokoyami spat.

"I'm naturally blonde? What?"

Tokoyami began to walk away, "yeah, and South Africa ISN'T nice this time of year.." He began to walk to the last member of the group of boys who were sitting together.

Denki.

Denki was on his phone, he seemed to be visually upset at a video he was looking at.

"Tokoyami.. It's just so sad! They never ended up together!!! UGHH! Edits to this song always make me tear up!" Denki cried.

"Hey dude, it's gonna be okay.." Tokoyami patted his back and let out a soft giggle. "But I wanted to ask you something-"

"DENKII! Play Mario kart with me man!" Kirishima called out to Denki.

"FINEE but only if your NOT Daisy this time. Choose a manly character, like Waluwigi or something man!" He replied.

"But..But Daisy is badass man.. Shes tuff.." Kirishima looked away sadly and Tokoyami could tell that was the end of that conversation, until Bakugo chimed in.

"Denki, dude you just shed a tear to an edit of characters with an 'Epic: The Musical' song. You cannot be talking about whats 'tuff' right now." Bakugo shot daggers at Tokoyami.

"HAHAH! Your right Baku-bro, pound it!" Kirishima fist-bumped Bakugo.

"Whatever! Anyway Toko, what were you talking about?" Denki replied. Tokoyami decided not to try his luck with Denki, he figured even if he did say yes, he's not so sure he could be trusted to migrate with him.

"Uh, nevermind man, you're good." Tokoyami began to walk away, towards Sero and Iida, who were enthralled in a debate, whilst the 3 boys went back to their discussion about Mario kart. Tokoyami thought that Iida might be a smart companion to bring, and he wanted to ask his best friend, Sero, to join him as well.

"Pizzas AREN'T a sandwich! God, you are impossible!" Tenya shouted at Sero.

"Says who? You're not the ruler of Sandwich land! You don't make up the rules!" Sero rebutted.

"MY GOD SERO! YOU ARE RIDICULOUS!" Iida sighed and face-palmed. "I cannot believe we are having this conversation." Sero only laughed harder at his response.

"Um.. Hey guys?" Tokoyami butted in.

"HEY TOKOYAMI!! Whats going on!" Sero jumped at him.

"Greetings Toko. What brings you to my neck of the woods?" Tokoyami took a deep breathe before spitting out his same speech.

"ImabirdsoIhavetomigrateforthewinterlikealltheotherbirdsbutIwantsomeonetocomealongwithmetosouthAfricawhereImmigratingtoo" Tokoyami panted. "Whew! I've given that speech a lot today..heh.."

"I'm sorry Fumikage...But I won't be able to attend. I care for my education far too much, and you should too!" Iida replied, adjusting his glasses.

"Tottally sorry man! But I burn like crazyyyy in the sun, no way would I survive there! Plus, how would I even get all the way over to africa!" Sero chimed in.

"Yeah, I understand I guess...." Tokoyami seemed defeated, but had not given up hope. "I'm going to ask the girls that are outside now, they're over by Deku's memorial." He began to leave the class.

"Hey!" Called out Sero. "Mind if I join you?"

"Sure man!" Tokoyami replied.

The two friends started to make their journey outside.
