Nana and Papa?
As Hermione, the epitome of a loving mother, settled Harry, her adorable son, into his high chair, she extended her hand. To her surprise, a bib landed in her palm. With a gentle touch, she placed it on Harry, planting a sweet kiss on his face, which elicited more laughter from the boy. Looking down at his bib, Harry spotted a cartoon lion. Excited, he kicked his legs and, imitating the lion, held his hands up like claws, scrunching up his face. "ROOOOAR."
"Yes, Harry, that's right—such a clever boy. Lions go roar. Well done." Hermione was quick to go over, showering him with kisses. The men watched as Harry, still looking shocked, got the paste, but it faded quickly and was replaced with a burst of pride as he made his lion impression again, looking at the men with innocent joy.
"That right, pup. Well done." Remus spoke, reaching over and rubbing his face.
Sirius pretended to look confused. "Remus, where has our Harry gone? All I hear is a big scary Lion in his place." Harry let out the most adorable giggles.
"I here, I here Unwle Adfoot." His little voice is full of joy.
"Oh, there you are, pup. You are too good at that." Harry had the biggest smile, but his cheeks had turned red as he tried to hide from the praise.
Plates of food appeared in front of them. The adults had some hunters' chicken and vegetables, and Harry had a small plate. After a few minutes, they noticed Harry's scrunched-up face as he ate his food, tears leaking from his eyes.
"Harry, darling, what's wrong?" Hermione's sweet voice spoke to Harry as he looked up, pointing to the cauliflower on his plate and shaking his head no.
"Oh, darling. " Hermione stood, taking Harry's plate. Harry began balling his eyes out, thinking he had lost his food. Sirus and Remus looked alert as Hermione put his plate down and picked Harry up.
"I am sorry, darling. I was removing the cornflower from your plate; it's all gone. You can eat the rest now. Remember I told you if you want anything or don't like anything, tell me; I will never let you eat, okay darling."
Harry snuggled against her, nodding his head. He pointed to himself and his high chair. Hermione gently placed him back down, and the adults watched as Harry eyed them all and took some more bites. Once she was happy his food was his, he ate more, getting BBQ sauce all over his face.
After they had eaten, Harry had some fruit, which he loved just as much as the sweets he had tried; they watched his little eyes get heavy.
"Harry, would you like to have some cuddles and stories with Uncle Moony and Padfoot?" They also laugh as the boy's head shoots up, his head nodding quickly.
Harry had the cute waddling run as he went to his bedroom, climbing into bed right in the middle; he now looked too excited for a nap. Sirius ran right over, snuggling under the covers and hugging the tedding Harry had handed him. Remus approached the small bookshelf and grabbed a book, sliding into the other side. Harry giggled because of his excitement.
Hermione noticed it was a muggle book, one of her books. "Where's the spot?" She watched for a bit, then quickly grabbed the camrea Dumbledore had given her and took a few pictures. Once Harry was asleep, Remus managed to slide out of bed. Sirius took another minute, facing Harry and resting his head against Harry's. Hermione managed to take another picture. He kissed Harry's head and went to the sofas, where Hermione had tea waiting.
Sitting next to her, Sirius pulled Hermione into him as he cried. Hermione just held up, rubbing his back. Once he settled himself again, he joined Remus, holding his hand and sipping on some tears. Hermione snapped a quick photo of Harry in the bed, not taking up much room but having all his teddys around him.
Sitting back down, resting the car beside her. Picking up her tea as she took a sip.
"I am going shopping, muggle shopping, with my parents and Harry, if you want to join me. "
Sirus looked gigged as he nodded. "Yes, of course, thank you. What type of shopping can we go to? One of those toy stores places."
"Hahaha, well, clothes and anything he needs, but yes, we can go to the toy store. He might struggle; he thinks he shouldn't get toys."
The confusion on the men's faces showed Hermione had to explain, so she did, and by the end, both men had angry tears in their eyes. She told them of all the abuse that he had faced at the hands of his aunt and uncle and that for the first 11 years of his life, he lived in a cupboard. That she was sure there was a lot more.
"Sirius, you can't go there, you can't hurt them, he needs you. This is a chance to give him the childhood he deserves. Professor Snape believes he will be stuck like this for a while. We might need to age him slowly or see if he starts ageing." Hermione was kneeling in front of the two men.
"We can raise him as his parents wanted; he will be loved as he should be, and you can both spoil him to your heart's content. Remus will need someone else to read him stories and teach him safe pranks. Sirius is a born seeker; if someone taught him to fly now, he would be even better, with all the necessary skills. But he needs both of you to tell him of his mother and Father who gave their lives for him; you will need to tell him how brave and good they were by being yourself. "
Both men now cried as they pulled the young witch into their arms. This young witch was giving up part of her childhood for Harry.
"Together."
"Together." both men responded quickly.
"Right then, are you ready? He is about to be up from his nap," Hermione said as she waved her wand.
Hermione woke Harry up, taking him to change his napping; she would think about potty training soon. Once he was changed and shuffling out of the bathroom, his eyes lit up, and his two Uncles were still there. They watched as he did a little tapping dance before he looked at Hermione and his toys with a nod. He was quick to get some toys out.
"Uwcle Oony, you help Arry." He stumbled over his words more than usual. Remus was quick to help him, and once again, Hermione got lots of pictures of them all playing together.
Hermione laughed as Sirius got right into playing with the trains. She watched as Harry and his uncles ran around playing, stopping for snacks and juice. They watched as Harry was still hesitant to take anything but a nod from Hermione. He would start as always, gulping down his drink, but he would eventually slow down, remembering it hadn't been taken from him.
They all had dinner. This time, it was septic, which was now Harry's favourite. He loved the garlic bread with it. Hermione got another photo of Harry covered in his dinner, sauce all over his face, and pasta in his hair.
"My Mia, Uwlce Oony and Uwlce, Adoot. my bath." Harry asked, his green eyes shining up at her; she knew she would always have a hard time if she ever had to tell him no. She saw Sirius's eyes light up.
"Of course, how about this? They can give you your bath with three toys while I prepare your milk for bed."
Hermione got ready for Harry's milk with the potions he needed. She could hear the laughter from the bathroom, and Remus and Sirius used silly voices. Once they came out of the bathroom, Harry was wrapped in a towel, cuddling into Sirius. They tucked him in once they had changed him, and Hermione came over.
"Harry, Uncle Moony, and Uncle Sirius will not be here in the morning, but we will see them tomorrow after breakfast, okay?" Harry frowned, his lip pouting.
"They tay."
"They must go home, darling, but I promise you'll see them tomorrow. How about they read you a book?" Harry nodded, cuddling down as he drank his milk. He didn't even make it through the whole book.
Sitting on the sofa again, she was ready to answer the men's questions.
"How old is he."
"2"
"How bad was it, the results."
"I have it all written down; I can get it for you. I wasn't good at all." Both nodded as Hermione accioed the notes over.
"Professor Snape is brewing the potion; he says it will be a few months so that Harry will be like this for Christmas. I assume we can have Christmas at yours, and Sirius, you'll get him a broom."
"Yes, what of your parent, though?"
"We can go on the 23rd and have a day with them, then head to yours on Christmas Eve and make a whole deal about it for him."
"It will be perfect."
Time Skip. Oxford. Granger Home.
Hermione had arrived at her home, Harry in his buggy. McGonagall had been the one to take them, pushing Harry in his buggy, which managed so well in the snow.
Harry was snuggled in his buggy with his favourite dog and wolf teddy. Remus and Sirius would be joining them at her house; knocking on the door, her mother answered with a huge smile; once they were inside, Hermione let Harry out, who clung to her legs as he watched the older new people to him.
Both of the older Grangers bend down to Harry's height. Both have gentle smiles on their faces. Harry looked up at Hermione, who also came down to Harry, who was now hugging her side, keeping an eye on the people in front of them.
" Harry, this is my mummy and daddy."
"Yess, hello Harry, I am Hermione, mummy. You, my special boy, can call me Nanna if you like." Harry blushed at being called special.
"I am Hermione's Daddy, but I wasn't expecting you to be such a big boy, Harry. You can call me Pappa." Harry nodded at him, being a big boy.
"I, Arry. We see my Uwlce Oony and Uwlce Adoot."
"Yes, they are going to be coming here. Would you like some juice, Harry?"
"Wlease. "
"Apple or Orange."
"Warawnge." He as he stumbled.
"Orange, no problem. I guess, " Mia darling tea, Professor, do you have time." Hermione's mum went off to get him his drink.
"Please, Mum." Hermione kissed him on her cheek
"Yes, tea, please."
Hermione: Hermione went off and helped her mother. The woman returns to find Harry giggling madly over her father's shoulder, pretending he can find the young boy. He then pulled Harry back over, acting surprised to find him, only for Harry to do it again.
Sirius and Remus came into the household and witnessed Dan Granger holding Harry upside down by his ankle, with Harry giggling like a madman. Once Harry saw the man.
"Papa. Papa down wlease."
Dan gently placed him on the ground, letting go of him; he raced over to the two men, and once in Sirius's, he began babbling about his new Papa and Nanna. About how Professor McGonagall could turn into a cat. he decided he also likes cats now.
"Well, I shall take my leave. Goodbye, Mr. and Mrs. Granger, Hermione, Remus, Sirius, and goodbye, Harry, darling."
Harry blew the woman a kiss as he snuggled into Remus now.
"Papa, Uwcles are here. Here for me." Harry looked at the men, and with a nod from each, he got even more excited.
"Here for Arry."
"That great little man, but remember it, Harry, with an H. I know you can do it." Dan said as he smiled at the young boy.
Harry had a famous serious Hermione-thinking face on.
"Harry," he slowly said his name. All the adults clapped for him, causing him to blush and hide his face from Remus.
Once Harry was wrapped up, they headed to Oxford. Harry was in his buggy, having a nap in the car. They had to park where no one else saw them getting out due to the extension charm placed on it.
"Let's get this one and some new clothes and shoes." Jean tickled Harry as she walked past his buggy.
The Granger women and Sirius had a blast cooing at all the baby clothes; their basket was full of all sorts of clothes. Sirius almost lost it when he found a little suit and even more so when he found a garden that matched the one Remus had. Harry began to get upset when he realised it was all for him.
"No, No, Mia, Harry bad, Harry no get things." Harry bubbled as he put his hands over his face. Sirius was holding Remus's hand as he struggled not to cry himself.
"Harry, baby, it's okay. You are not the only one getting things today, and so are your Uncles and Hermione." Jean rubbed Harry's face as he hugged Hermione.
"Plus, you are the best boy ever; Hermione has told me how good you are." Harry had a peak at his new Nana.
"Harry, good boy."
"Oh, he is a very good boy. Plus, now your uncles and your papa need help getting their clothes. Then, for your help, we can get you more toys, teddy bears, and even some books." They watched as Harry bit his lip, nodded his head, and reached his arms to Jean.
"Seeing Harry, I told you you were a good boy. "Hermione smiled, kissing his cheek. Hermione wanted to laugh at the three men. Her father and Remus didn't look excited at all, but Sirius was almost dancing with excitement.
