Mary stopped in her tracks and turned around to face her secret boyfriend "You are such a goody two shoes Severus, if it weren't for Potter and his friend you'd have been head boy" She said jokingly. Severus glared at her "Tsk...whatever" He said.
She snickered and took hold of his hand before walking again to their destination. "Where are we going again?" He asked in both confusion and annoyance. Mary smiled "You and I are going on a date" She stated proudly.
"A date? Right now? Mary we need to be in class" He said in a sternly matter.
She frowned "I know but today is special cause it's our three week anniversary and I haven't been in relationship for this long" She stated sadly "I wanna do something for it today instead of putting it off for another day" She added as she turned to face him.
Severus let out a sigh and pulled her into a hug, Mary was quick to hug him back. "Alright fine, we'll go on a date" He said. Mary beamed "Oh Severus thank you!" She said happily and tightened her hold on him.
He smiled "Yes, yes now let go you're making it difficult for me to breath" Mary stepped back and let out a nervous chuckle "Sorry about that" She muttered out. Severus shook his head and took her hand "It's fine" He said softly.
The pair began making their way to the room of requirement, a place they've gone to before to spend time together. Once there Severus began to walk in front of the blank wall three times and a door began to appear. He opened the door and stood aside to allow Mary to go in.
She blushed lightly and smiled "Thank you" She said softly and stepped inside. Severus simply nodded and followed in after her. Once inside he closed the door, Mary let out a soft gasp as she took in her surroundings.
Inside the room was a small fire place decorated with some flowers and plants. In the center of the room was a table with candles and a vase filled with roses. There were flower vines that covered the walls and there was candles floating in the air.
Her heart began to race and she felt tears form in her eyes. She felt like she was in a dream and she didn't want to wake up. Mary turned to Severus and hugged him tightly. He smiled and hugged her back, she pulled back and placed a soft kiss on his lips
Severus blushed and smiled shyly, he took her hand and guided her to the table in the center of the room. They both sat down and the room was quick to make food appear. Mary stared in amazement despite having been here many times, it still amazed her and nothing will change that.
Severus stared at her fondly before pulling out his wand. He muttered out a spell and a vine of flowers began to swirl above Mary's head. After a few seconds it turned into a flower crown and gently dropped on her head.
Mary blushed and gently touched the flower crown. She looked back at Severus ready to thank him but he spoke up before she did.
"Happy three week anniversary, Mary" He said softly.
She stared at him fondly and smiled "Happy three week anniversary, Severus" She said loving.
