A prophecy is foretold, the trio who fight themselves, their morals and their identities. The troubled three. The three who will be together. They must fight for each other and their love. If they don’t, the past will overthrow them all. Hellish devils and magical forces unknown. It is the world, or them. Love will prevail, or no one will survive to thrive.

“Hurry up Sam!” Dean yelled to his brother. The younger male was standing outside the local library trying to decide whether he should take any books. “We are not staying. A new case has already come through, so hurry your ass up!”
Looking up at his older brother, Sam is confused. As he walked towards him he asked for clarification. “A new case, already? But Dean, we've only just finished one?”
“I know, and I am sorry. It has been a call in from other hunters. We are the closest.”
“God damn it. I wanted one day. One day was all I asked for.” Shaking his head, Sam sighed, “All right. Let’s go. A case big enough for hunters to call in, we better debrief in the car.”
Slapping his brother on the shoulder, Dean nodded. “That’s the spirit. Where’s all your stuff so we can get packed?”
“Still all in my suitcase. I never took stuff out at the hotel. Just need to grab it and we can go.”
“Well hurry up then. I'll bring Baby round the front of the hotel.”
“Be back in 5.” Sam said before jogging off. Dean stared for a second as his brother rushed towards the hotel before shaking his head and heading to the hotel's parking lot.
5 minutes later, the two met again out front, exactly like they said. Chucking his bag in the boot, Sam got out his notebook before sliding into the front seat.
Revving the engine, they were off.
“You have 2 options Sammy. I can either play music and you can nap for a bit, or we can debrief first?”
“I thought you said we were close?”
“We are the closest, that doesn’t mean we are close. It is about 2 hours away.”
“Crank the music, if I have time for a sleep for an hour, I'll do that first.”
Dean nodded before turning the stereo up.
___
Pulling over for gas a short time later, Dean thought it was probably time to wake Sam up. Shaking him, he watched as his brother slowly came out of sleep.
“Huh?” He questioned, confused.
“Time to wake up, sleeping beauty. We need to talk about this case.”
“Oh, right.” Sam said, rubbing his eyes. “Where are we?”
“Just passed the border to Ohio.”
Sam, starting to wake up a bit more, nodded his head. “Of course we are in Ohio.”
“What does that mean?”
“I mean it just always seems to be Ohio at the moment.”
Laughing, Dean started the car back up. “Yeah, I guess it does. We've had a lot of cases here recently.”
“So, what is the case?” Looking at his brother, Sam saw Dean tense up as he asked the question.
“Well, there is apparently a town under the control of witches. They called us because the other hunters they sent may have become bewitched too.”
“What the fuck?”
“I know, it's crazy.”
“Crazy! This seems like a suicide mission Dean!”
“Well it is not. I know what to do.”
Shaking his head Sam muttered to himself under his breath.
The two go silent for a little while just listening to the music on the stereo, before Sam opens his notebook and starts to write some notes.
“Hey Dean?” He questioned.
“Yeah?”
“What else do you know about the case?”
“I am glad you asked. So, the full run down. It is a small town. There was a freak storm about 2 months ago, there were some reports of black lightning even, so definitely not natural. But no investigations happened and given the villagers who said it had reputations for being in the pubs, the mayor said it was all booze.”
“This already sounds fishy. Has anyone spoken to the mayor since?”
“Good question Sam. No, he went missing after speaking to the police.”
‘Missing mayor - dead?’ Sam wrote down in his notebook before speaking to Dean again.
“Definitely something going on then.”
“Right?” His older brother replied. “Anyway, it seems the villagers have now started speaking in riddles too.”
“Riddles? That is a new one.”
“I thought that. I do not know what monster makes a whole village speak in riddles. The only thing that was reported by the other hunters before they went silent was that there are people dressed like they do not belong.”
Sam, continuing to write in his notebook, started to get even more confused. “ I do not get this. Clothing? That is all they reported on. Not the riddles, not any comments from villagers, just the clothing of some individuals in a small isolated village?”
“Yup. We are nearly there too, warning you Sammy.”
“Ugh okay.” Sam says, as he puts his notebook away. “Is there anything else at all I must be aware off Dean?”
“The only other thing. Was that we need to be prepared for the unexpected.”
“Great.” Sam drawled, before he looks out the window. As soon as the sign leading to the village comes up. They start to feel wrong.
“Dean.” whispered Sam.
“I know Sammy, I am here.” He replied, putting his hand on his younger partners’ leg.
Looking back, Sam sees a rippling effect in the air back where they had just turned. Confused, He throws a pen backwards, and it goes soaring through the field unharmed.
“What was that?” Sam cried.
Dean, looking in the rear view mirror, stays silent. Unfortunately, he does not have an answer, and that scares him. As they continue driving along the road, something else unexplainable happens. The car radio goes silent. Dean’s phone turns off and the emergency electrical kit they carry starts smoking.
Dean immediately pulls over, and the two get out of the car, Sam grabbing the smoking bag as he does so to make sure Baby is okay for his brother.
The duo just stand there for a moment, not knowing what to do as the sun slowly sets.
“We’re not really near enough to the village to walk.” Dean grumbled.
“But the ground is not really solid enough to set the tent up for the night.”
Looking back at Baby, Dean signed. “Don’t make a mess, okay?”
Nodding the two got back into the car. Staring up at the sunset out the front window, they sighed.
“Is it just me, or does it seem like something does not want us here.”
“Just shut up and go to sleep.”
—
As the sun slowly rose the next morning, Sam stirred awake with the light coming into the car. Immediately, he had a feeling like he was being watched but looking back to Dean lying down on the backseat, he knew he was still asleep. Confused, he looked outside and saw nothing. So why was his skin crawling like there were eyes pinpointed on his every move?
Taking a breath, so as not to stress himself out more, Sam pulls out his book to read. Trying to find what could be causing all of these mysterious signs. From his knowledge, there have been no monsters who have the same signals as what this village is experiencing. Something is different.
Losing himself in his book, time passes as the two are in the car. Eventually, Dean started to stir to. Groaning, he sits up.
“Morning Dean.” Sam greets. “Sleep well?”
“Slept through the night.” He said, as he moved towards the driver's seat. “You okay Sam, you look very spooked.”
“I have felt like I am being watched most of the morning.”
“That's because you have.” A voice calls out from in front of them. Jumping, the duo in the car pull out their guns as they both step out.
“Who's there?” Dean called out loudly before whispering to Sam for him to "get behind me.”
Shaking his head, Sam steps around the car door so he is also near Dean.
“I am no one, and everyone. I am the past, future and present.”
“Well come into the present so we can meet you oh great one.” Sam says, hoping playing up to the voice would help.
A tinkling laugh surrounds the two. They freeze, hoping that they will eventually be okay but not knowing where anything is coming fro
“Show yourself!” Dean yelled.
“Come and find me.” The voice echoes back.
There was a big flash of yellow light and the duo felt themselves being knocked off their feet. They land painfully on their backs with eyes closed. Anyone who saw them, would just think they were asleep.
___
Further on in the little village, a pair of green eyes snap open.
“Laura, watch them.” The young man ordered before turning to the other people in front of him.
“Listen to me. These two. They need to be kept safe.”
“Yes sir.” the group of women called back before they all scampered out.
Harry, dropping his head, took some deep breaths. Change was coming once again, and these boys would be the cause.
