The party was loud. The voices and the music and the flashing lights everything was just so loud and so much and sirius had had quite a bit to drink and everything was spinning when he finally snapped. Remus had been driving him crazy all night with his button up shirt that was rolled up in a way that made his arms look amazing and his tight black pants and the way that he was dancing all pressed up against lily whispering in her ear. Even the way he was holding his drink was hot, long thick fingers wrapped loosely around the glass in a way that made sirius wonder how they would feel wrapped around sirius’s wrist or neck or… other things. And the way remus would bring his drink up to his soft red lips, cut through with that scar that remus hated but sirius though made him look even more hot. When lily left to go grab a drink and remus raised his own to his lips, looking a siriu straght in the eyes as he took a slow sip, and the way his adams aple bobed as he swallowed did it.
Sirius stormed over towards remus. He had just broken up with mary and god damn it this might be his last chance to do this and if he was lucky remus would be too drunk in the morning to remember. Before sirius could think it over further he reached remus, grabbed him by the coller of his shirt and pulled him into a kiss. Remus paused for a second before kissing him back and all of a sudden the room went quiet. The pounding music and the flashing lights disappeared until it was only sirius kissing remus and remus kissing him back.
After a while sirius pulled away, fully ready to apologise and scurry off but before he could do that remus grabbed him by the chin, put the other hand around his waist and pulled him into another kiss. Sirius gasped before kissing back eagerly. When they pulled away from this kiss sirius was dazed and breathless, the only thing keeping him standing was remus strong arm, still around his waist. Remus geve sirius a devilish smirk before calling out.
“Oi lils” he said, waing hi hand to get her attention. “Im breaking up with you!” ssirius looked down feeling guilty. Lily would be so mad at him for stealing her boyfriend.
“Good job mate,” lily said, giving remus a quick hug. “I cant belive that actually worked.” lily beamed at remus and sirius and sirius stared at her, very thoroughly confused.
“What?” he asked, trying to figure out what the hell had just happened. “But you two are super in love?”
Remus laughed. “Im gay darling” and oh the way his voice sounded when he said darling sent shiveres down sirius’s spine. “Lily and i were only dating to make you and mary jealous”
“Well it worked,” sirius grumbled softly, Looking down. Remus laughed harder.
“Glad to hear it love,” sirius was practically melting, hearing all the pet names he had called lily get turned on him.
“Well ill leave you all to that and try to go get my girl, peter gave me some very interesting information.” remus smiled giving her a quick hug with one arm (the other still hadnt let go of sirius)
“Good luck,” he said and with that lily was off.
“Now,” remus siad, turning to full force of his attention to sirius. “How about we get out of here baby?”
Sirius nodded, not trusting his voice right now. Remus gave another chuckle before letting go of sirius’s waist. Sirius whined but remus quickly took his hand and pulled him towards their dorm.

Mary didnt hear the conversation that happened between the other three, all she saw was remus kiss sirius and then lily talking to them before walking up to their dorm. Mary decided to follow her. I mean she had just been broken up with she probably needed a friends shoulder to cry on. Mary made her was up the stair and obened the door to find lily sitting on her bed. She didnt look upset at all. Infact she looked expectant, as if she had been waiting for someone.
“So,” lily started looking at mary with an amused smirk. “Peter told me something interesting earlier.”
Mary was going to kill him. She had told him that in confidence! She couldnt believe that he had gone and ratted to lily!
“Wiat i can explain” she said, hurrying to fix this. “Look it doesnt have to ruin our friendship. I can ignore it i swear.”
Lily looked at her with that same amused smirkmaybe i want to ruin our friendship,” she said and marys face fell. “Maybe we should be lovers instead.”
Mary frose. “What?, but i thought you were inlove with remus.”
“Nope we were just dating to make you jealous. And besides, remus just left me for sirius.”
“Yeah i saw that” mary said, still in shock and trying to grasp onto anything that maed sense. “Wait so you like me?” she asked finally.
“Yep” lily beamed. “Since like 3rd year.”
“Wow,” mary said. “Can- can i kiss you?”
“Please.” lily said and all of a sudden mary was in lilys lap and she was kissing her and it felt like everything she had ever imagined and more. Lilys soft hands were recessed on marys thighs, fingertips resting just under the bottom of lilys skirt and it was heaven. Mary broke away, gasping. She rested her forehead against lilys and gave a contented sigh.
“You have no idea how long ive wanted to do that,” mary said breathless and lily giggled.
“God that was even better than i imagined” lily said and the confession that lily had though about kissing mary sent butterflies swooping through her stomach.
“Will you be my girlfriends?” mary asked shyly and lily just laughed pulling er into another kiss.
“Of course i will darling” she whispered against marys lips before dipping her tongue back into marys mouth. It was the best kiss mary had ever had.
