Soon after, piece of Harry's hair gets mixed with the Polyjuice potion and us volunteers take a sip of the drink. The volunteers are; Me, Hermione, Ron, Fred, and George. As soon as I take the sip, the bitterness hits right away and I make a face of disgust:"Ehw...". Last time I've ever touched the potion was back when we were learning how to brew it back when I was a student. Forgot how awful it tastes. Soon, my whole body starts to feel tingly - and not in any pleasant way. Some of us shrink or grew taller as our body started to adjust into becoming Harry Potter. I look down to my hands and see them change. Woah! And soon enough, there are six Harry Potters in the livingroom. "Wow, we're identical!" the twins exclaim as they look at each other. "Not yet you're not." Mad-eye grabs the red bag he brought with him and empties it in middle of the room. Same looking types of clothes drops down and all six of us grabs a pair to put them on.
"What is this color combo? I can not wear this." I joke while looking at the clothes we are supposed to wear. "Oh, shut it and get undressed." Mad-eye rolls his eyes. We all start putting on the red long sleeved shirts, grey jackets and brown pants. I decided to keep the bras on, in case I turn back to myself in middle of our trip to Burrow. The thought of being without them doesn't really fancy me. Remus and Tonks are watching thru the windows, trying to see if there's anyone out there spying on us. In middle all of this fuss, after I put on the clothes, an evil smirk appears on my face as I narrow my eyes on Sirius. He sees this and raise an eyebrow:"What?". "Thought you'd like me to scratch behind your ear now, Padfoot. Whose a good boy...~" I joke. The look of disgust comes up on his face and he crosses arms over his chest and looks away:"Please don't do that while you look like my godson.". Can't help, but burst out laughing:"Hahahaha!!".
Others also starts making little light hearted jokes here and there too. It's nice to see the others smile. Guess we all need a laugh in middle the dark times we're living in. Moody is the only one who doesn't seem to be pleased by our little banter, so he clears his throat to get our attention:"Each Potter will have a protector. Harry - the real Harry, stick with me. The rest of you, choose your own.". Hagrid managed to open his mouth:"Sorry, but... If I may say so, I would like to take Harry with my bike.". Moody's head snaps right at him. Looks like he doesn't fancy about the idea. Then, he takes his flask from his pocket and takes a gulp of it before speaking:"Very well... (Y/N).". I peek behind the others:"Yes?". "You come with me." he order. "Sure." I nod. It feels weird - to say the least, to be someone else and try to adjust in their body like this. But little by little, I start to feel okay with it.
Since Ted needs someone to take care of him, Tonks won't come with us. So, the groups are; me and Moody. Harry and Hagrid. Remus and Hermione. Sirius and Ron. Arthur and the twins. Our plan is to fly from here all the way to the Burrows. Heard they got their house finally fixed, so I'm looking forward to see what they have done to it. They have also put on magical barrier to protect them, so none of the Death Eaters should be able to make their attack there - if we happen to run into them. Should take more than twenty minutes to fly there. Hopefully we all get in there in one piece... As we all walk outside, Remus and Tonks share a quick kiss of goodbye and she and the baby gets back inside. Then, Remus and Sirius casts the protecting spell around the house just in case. Tonks told us she will be heading to the 12 Grimmauld Place with the baby and Sniffy as soon as the close is clear. They will be in good hands in there. Then, we all look at each other as we start to get in our position to get ready to go up in the sky with our brooms. We can do this!
After Moody gave us the count down, we all went up in the air - into the dark grey clouds. The higher we go, my heart starts raising more and more. Mad-eye and I keep flying side by side as the others flies ahead of us with their pairs. Won't take long before they all disappear somewhere in the clouds. It makes me feel anxious, but I do trust them and that they all will be fine. It just would be nice to see them all times. "Hold on tight, Harry." Mad-eye shouts to me. We agreed they'll call us as 'Harry' in case someone will hear us. I turn to look what's ahead of us as we're about to go thru a thick cloud. The city lights are about to vanish as we come closer to it. Here we go. The grip around the broom and wand tightens.
As soon as we both fly thru it, I see that there are at least thirty Death Eaters flying around, casting spells and shouting 'Harry, where are youuu?!'. The feeling of the air waves whooshing right past me as the Death Eaters flies fast near me. It's really intense. All of this over one boy? Light of thunder keeps flashing in the distance as well, making this all feel way more hectic and scary. Mad-eye was right, we won't get away that easy. But I really didn't think there would be this much of enemies flying around us! Shit! While casting spells left and right, I still try to spot my friends and see if they are alright. "Focus!!" Mad-eye shouts annoyed when he noticed I'm trying to see if everyone's okay. I keep swinging my wand, making some of the Death Eaters loose their balance on their brooms and they drop down somewhere. Some rain starts splatter onto the glasses I'm wearing, making my vision go more worse than it already is. Damn it..!
Without my notice, in middle all of this mess, one of the Death Eaters sees how I keep struggling with the glasses. Not just any Death Eater, it's the mystery one that I met back in the Burrow and in the Diagon Alley. I get so annoyed by the glasses that I toss them away. My own vision start to come back which tells me that the Polyjuice potion slowly starts to worn out. Already? Lights of different kinds of spells keeps flashing all around as we fight against the enemy. To Muggles it might seen that there is thunder lightning going around. I soon notice how someone's after Remus and about to shoot him in the back, so I rush to rescue him:"Oh, no you don't..-!". Moody sees right away that I've gone off beside him and with gritted teeth follows me. "REMUS!" I shout over the noise to get his attention to watch out. That's when I also realize that my own voice has come back. Wasting no time, I cast a spell to shoot down the enemy. But in that very same moment, another light of spell happens to be casted directly towards me by an enemy below.
Even it all happened in blink of an eye, it felt like it happened in slow motion; A jet of light shoots right at me, and just when it's about to hit me, my eyes widens and I gasp out of surprise. No! There's nothing I can do to stop it. The color of my eyes changes back to my own and so does the hair. Right then, black smoke appears beside me and two pairs of arms reaches towards me. All I get to do is turn my head towards the dark figure before our bodies collide. What the..-?! The spell hits the dark figure instead of me. My eyes are open wide out of shock. The real length of my hair grows and rest of my body goes back to normal. The dark figure has wrapped their arms so tightly around me, so we both fall down. "WAAAAAHHHH!!!" I scream and loose the broom somewhere during the fall.
The mixed feeling of fear and confusion spins around inside me as we fall. On our way down, we go thru some spruces and other trees, making the branches snap in half. It somewhat breaks our fall. During all of this, I won't realize how the Death Eater has their arms around me so one of their hands is protecting my head when we both come crashing down. I - on the other, am frozen from fear and have my hands resting against their chest. Soon, we hit the solid ground. Our bodies rolls down couple of times before stopping. Merlin..! My head is spinning and my body aches from pain. "Sweet motherfucker's crackers..!" I hiss to myself. Then, I realize that the Death Eater is laying on top of me. Pretty quickly I shove them off of me and get up as soon as I can. Some leafs falls down from my back that got stuck from the ground on the grey jacket I'm wearing. My heart starts beating fast again as I'm staring down at the enemy while pointing the wand at them.
The Polyjuice potion is now fully worn off, and I'm standing in middle of woods with the Death Eater, who's laying on their back. It's the mystery guy! Got my wand ready if they try to attack me or something. I can't fully trust them. Both of us are panting. But I soon notice that the Death Eater is panting because they're in bigger pain than I am from the fall. That's when I realize that they are actually bleeding from their left side. Oh..-! A wave of worry goes thru me, but I also feel conflicted, since the person laying there is the enemy. I glance over my shoulder, only to see we are the only ones in here. It's so quiet. I can't leave them like this..- The Death Eater coughs and then whimpers with very quiet voice:"(Y/N)...". Huh?! My head snaps down to look at the Death Eater. They then weakly raise their wand and do a small wiping emotion over their face. The mask turns into soft smoke and the mask was gone. My heart drops and eyes goes wide. "Severus..?!" I gasp.
In the meantime at the Burrow, others made their way to there and are now standing right outside of the house. Sirius and Ron are the last ones to walk thru the grain field up to others. Hermione runs up to hug Ron as she was worried for him. Soon, Harry joins them too. Sirius walks up to Remus and sighs:"Phew! That was intense, but we made it.". But the look on Remus's face still looks intense. "(Y/N). Where's (Y/N)?" he looks around worried. "She's not here?" Sirius frowns surprised. Everyone else starts looking around them as well. Sirius whispers to himself:"Don't tell me..-", "(Y/N)!!!" Remus starts yelling, searching with his gaze from where he stands if I happen to be somewhere in the grain field. No answer. It's dead silent.
Sirius quickly turns himself into his dog form and starts running around the Burrows groundings to see if I happen to be laying somewhere out there. Remus is about to grab his broom:"I'm going..-", "No! We can't take the risk of loosing you too." Hermione quickly snaps. "But..-" Remus's voice breaks as the fear grew more worse. Harry comes stand beside him:"She's right". "She got Mad-eye with her. So they should be alright." she tries to convince him. "Yeah, maybe they just got lost in somewhere? Surely they will be in here in a minute." Ron tries to consult as well. Remus stays quiet. Soon, Sirius runs back from his searches and whimpers in his dog form as in 'I couldn't find her'. Tears raises on Remus's brown eyes as he stares in the distance.
