The smile on my face haven't faded away. Amycus and I have danced now two songs without stopping. The track of time has flew out of my mind at this point. When the second song dies down, a little more slower song starts playing. I look up to my dance partner as in if we should go back to Severus, but Amycus just smiles gently back at me and won't let go or do anything that gives the idea we should stop. So, like all the other people around us, we start to sway among the music. Not in a romantic way, more like two people who just likes to dance and are waiting something more cheerful to come up next. While we dance like that, I see over his shoulder there is a woman staring right at us. And she doesn't look too happy. "Your girlfriend seems to be worried about you." I point out.

Both of Amycus's eyebrows raise and he glances over the shoulder to see the direction I am looking. "Oh, that's actually my twin sister, Alecto." he tells and turns back to look at me with soft smile. "Twin sister? Wow, that's..- Must be nice." I smile back at him. Part of me has always wished to have a sibling, but then again... It's maybe a good thing I never had one. Wonder if she's also Severus's friend? Just then, Amycus's hold around me tightens a tiny bit. Not too much, but enough for me to notice even I am tipsy. He brings his face closer to mine and lowers his voice:"I am free as a bird in the sky, (Y/N).". Huh? We are now staring directly in each other's eyes. Weird feeling consumes me and I lean back away for him a bit:"Oh..-", "What about you?" he asks, keeping the tone smooth. There is some lust in his eyes, if I'm not mistaken. "Me? No, no, I'm not... Involved with anyone." I let out nervously, slightly surprised this sudden turn of event.

We haven't stopped dancing, but our pace slows down, moment by moment. Amycus's eyes visits down on my chest quickly before looking back to my eyes:"What'd you say if we'll leave this dull festival and go somewhere more... Private.". What? My whole body stiffens when he said that and we stop dancing. I don't like this, but I don't wanna be rude to Severus's friend. Feels like my mind got blank:"I'm... Sorry, I'm don't..-", "No need to be shy, (Y/N). I promise you a good time. As many times you wish..." the grip of his gets more tense. My eyes shifts from him to Severus, but for my surprise he isn't there anymore where he was standing. Only Amycus's twin sister is there, looking right at us. Where did he go? Some sort of discomfort raises inside of me when I can't spot him. Amycus sees how I keep turning my gaze as trying to see the Potions Master somewhere in the crowd. "What's the matter, love?" he asks, amused by my stress.

When all of sudden, a single rain drop falls down right on my nose which makes me blink and I look up to the sky. The dark clouds has come above us. Immediately I remember; Hagrid. Train. Hogwarts. "I haveto go." I let out. "Huh?" my dance partner raise one of his eyebrows. I take a step back, out of his reach and do a little bow:"Thank you for the dance. I need to leave now and catch the train.". With that, before he can say anything, I gather some of the hem in my fist and rush out of there. The cheerful sound of music and people's happy chatter fades away as I rush out from the festival. Little drops of rain falls down here and there. While walking, I can't stop thinking about how I ran into Severus and his friend. Didn't think Severus's friends would be that forward. To be honest, I didn't think he even had any friends outside of the castle, but guess I was wrong. That man is full of surprises.

Moment by moment, the rain starts coming down faster and more intense. I need to get to the train station and fast! I come to the place where there are the terraced houses with identical bricks. I look around, trying to figure out where to go. "What Hagrid said? First go left, then after two houses go right. ...Or was it the other way around?" I talk to myself as I keep walking the empty streets. Merlin, I can't remember! It's impossible to find the way out of here since every street looks the same! Considering I am little bit drunk too. But I try to keep my head straight and walk the direction I think we came from earlier today. The rain gets heavier by every minute. The flower petals in my hair starts to become all mushy and I feel how the weather gets more cold. Great.

Just then, I hear a pond do a little splashing sound, like someone just quickly walked few meters behind my back. Quickly, I turn around to see no one's there. As my instinctive reaction is to reach for the wand, but then I realize... It's not there! I don't have it with me. What the..-? Then I remember how I hand it to Hagrid few hours back. Oh, no! My hands starts to sweat. How is it I feel so naked without the wand? I try to ignore the feeling like someone is following me and keep on walking the direction I think I should go.

Then, corner of my eye, I see some white light coming end of an alleyway. Huh? It's a little light ball, dangeling in the air. It moves slowly and smoothly. "What?" I whisper to myself. Hard to tell if it's because how drunk I am or what, but the light slowly transforms into something. Something that looks like... A doe. What? The doe keeps looking at me end of the alleyway. We stare each other for a moment. Is that..? My heart fills with joy when I realize it. Patronus! Must be Hagrid's. The doe turns around and looks back at me. He's guiding me the way to the train station! Gladly, I go after it. To be honest, I didn't know Hagrid was able to do that. The doe walks some meters ahead of me calmly, sometimes looking back to make sure I follow. "Yeah, yeah. I'm coming." I chuckle.

After walking two minutes like that, I see the exit from this maze further away and the doe disappears. "Thank you, Hagrid." I smile and starts speeding the steps. Just then, a woman appears behind the corner of a building ahead of me. Huh?! My heart skips a beat and I froze. Immediately I recognize it's the twin sister, Alecto. She still has that same sour look on her face. Then I hear how someone else steps around a corner behind my back. "Aw, don't leave yet, (Y/N)." the familiar male voice says. Quickly, I turn around to see him. It's Amycus. He's just standing there with smug smirk on his face while twirling a wand in his hands. "Amycus..." I let out, confused what's going on. I am now standing between them. Both of them are about ten meters away from me. "You know, no woman has ever walked away from me before..." he says, keeping the tone calm, yet I can sense some danger in it. He then lift his eyes on me from the wand with determinant look:"But if they ever tried, I have made sure they'll regret it.". What?!

The rain keeps on coming down fast. All three of us are just standing here, waiting something to happen any second now. My heart keeps beating fast inside my chest, hands sweating. Merlin, why I had to give my wand away?! I don't know what to do at this point. There is no way I can get out of this without using magic. Everything happens so fast; without a word or any warning, Amycus draws his wand, pointing it at me. He quickly casts a spell, but I manage to dodge it by running to the alleyway next to me. The spell hits his sister instead, who falls down. "Argh!!" she groans in pain as her back hits the stone ground. "Alecto!" Amycus gasps. But he won't stay to check up on his sister, instead he runs after me. At this point, I have no idea where I'm running off to. All I know is I need to get far away from them!

I'm back in middle of the same looking streets. Hard to tell if I'm running circles at this point. After a little while, I had to stop and stay still so I can hear where they might be. I'm now leaning against a brick wall while hiding in another alleyway. My chest keeps going up and down fast. Trying my best to settle down the breath so I can hear clearly. What do I do?! After couple of seconds, a smooth whoosh sound appears pretty close to where I'm standing. It sounded like someone just flew and landed. But it didn't sound like it was done with a broom. No. It was too smooth for that. Don't tell me..- "There is no point of hiding from a Death Eater, (Y/N)." Amycus's voice echos around the empty streets. I knew it! That's how he was able to move so smoothly. Every step he takes makes a sound of a pond being stepped on. Slowly, but surely, he's coming this way. Oh, no.

Amycus tries to listen if I make any sound while he's walking:"So be a good girl and come out from your hide.". My heart beats fast. Too scared to peek from my hide, I press my back more against the wall. Think, (Y/N)! THINK! When all of sudden, I hear another smooth whoosh and landing somewhere near by other side of the alley. I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die! Then - out of nowhere, someone blasts a chimney pipe next to me with a spell. "AH!!" I let out a scream and hunch down, covering my head. Thick smoke shoots out of the broken pipe and the whole alleyway gets covered by the smoke. It's really hard to see thru it. That was close! Whoever did that, must've missed their target. Having no time to react, Amycus jumps to the alleyway I'm in.

He won't hesitate and starts shooting with his wand thru the smoke right away. Shit!!! I keep myself hunched down, hoping for the best none of his spells hits me. When all of sudden, other side of the alley a single light of spell shoots thru the smoke and hits Amycus right in his chest. "Argh..-!!" he gets thrown back few meters and his back hits the stone ground, loosing his consciousness. What?! Then, a hand comes thru the smoke behind me, quickly covering my mouth. "Mpfh..-!" my eyes goes wide and heart drops. No! When I try to fight myself out of their grasp, they hold onto me tightly, folding their free arm around my waist to bring me more close to them. Now my back is up against their torso. This can't be happening! I can feel how the person leans in, their nose and lips almost touching my ear. "Don't. Make. A sound." familiar deep voice whispers. Severus?!
