"Are you dating James Potter???" Barty asked – shouted – at Regulus.
They were Evan, Barty and Regulus at Evan's house and Pandora, sitting in the living room.
Dorcas and Pandora prepared food - or rather Dorcas prepared and Pandora stood and talked, Pandora is not allowed to enter the kitchen since the omelette incident.
She tried to make an omelet but caused a fire.
"I'm not really dating him - it's fake" Regulus rolled his eyes
"But with him??" Barty asked
"Barty is right – surprisingly – are you sure it's a good idea to fake a relationship with someone you've had a crush on a few times?" Evan asked Regulus
"Surprisingly??? I'm always right!!" Barty yelled at evan who rolled his eyes at him
"Like you were right when you said that 90 times 5 is 95?" Dorcas raised an eyebrow
"I heard more and I was 11 years old!!"
"And not so smart anymore" Evan sneered and Barty folded his hands angrily.
"Did you have a crush on James again?? Why didn't you say?? I'll call Lily and-"
"Nothing came back okay?? And it was never exactly a crush-" Regulus mumbled curling his fingers
And everyone rolled their eyes.
At the age of 11 Regulus fell in love with James Potter for the first time.
It was hard not to. His curls, the mischievous smile, the twinkle in his eyes, the way he laughed - how could little Regulus not fall in love with him?
At the age of 13, he started hating James, because he realized that this was the best way to keep his feelings, and James, away.
At the age of 16 they had a class together, tutoring, and Regulus couldn't help but fall in love with him again.
The adult James was tall and muscular with wild curly brown hair that made Regus want to run his hand through it to straighten it, plump lips that Regus wanted to bite, a mischievous and flirtatious smile - mostly towards the girls, especially one specific girl, Lily Evans, who James had always had a crush on - great brown eyes, and a deep voice that made Regulus' knees buckle.
Because of all the feelings he had - he treated him like shit but it was hard to do because James would make him laugh, and James was nice to him.
As James left the school, so did Regulus' feelings.
Until last year Regulus ran away to James' house, where his older brother, Sirius, lived, his mother found out he was gay and beat him almost to death.
Effie, James' mother, welcomed Regulus with joy and asked no questions.
Effie was among the people who love Regulus all over the world.
He still writes her messages, and sends her holiday greetings.
When James came out of the closet - as Pansexual - Regulus wanted to beat him.
He just dated someone and his eternal crush is coming out of the closet??
He wanted to bang his head against the wall.
Luckily James wasn't at home much, neither was Sirius, they started working with their friends, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew on their first album as a band, which caused their breakthrough in the music world and made them the most famous band in the entire world.
And now, Regulus is mature and knows how to control his emotions.
There's no way he's falling in love with James again. no situation
He would rather swim the entire ocean - and he can't swim - than fall in love with James Potter again.

"So you have a date again?" Evan asked Regulus who was fixing his hair in the mirror at Evan and Pandora's house.
"Fake date." Regulus corrected him
"You keep mentioning that it's fake, it's really for you so you won't forget, isn't it?" Barty chuckled and rolled an eyeball.
"Shut up Crouch" He took his coat, put it on.
"Bye, if you're doing something, put on protection." Regus winked at them and Barty turned red and Evan rolled his eyes.
Everyone saw that Evan and Barty were in love, they always were, the only reason they weren't dating each other?
They are afraid that they will break up and then both the relationship and the friendship will go to waste.
Regulus wants to slap them sometimes - most of the time - because of the annoying sexual tension between them, but he understands them, but he can't help but bully them a little, they deserve it after years of bullying him.
