Chapter 4
As I walk into history lesson 1 Monday morning I glance over at where the 'marauders' are sat and instantly feel nervouse. This is the first time I've seen them since Friday which was before they added me to the group chat. A million questions run through my head. Is it actually them that added me to that group chat or some random people with the same names? Will they figure out it's me they added? And if so will they stop wanting to talk to me? My thoughts get interrupted by my teacher telling everyone to sit down and get there books out.
When everyone is settled our techer starts telling us about this group project we have to do about witches in the past. He puts everyone's name on a wheel and uses that to decide who goes with who for the project. As the wheel lands on my name I look up to see who I'll be with. He spins it again and it lands on lily. I look over at her and she smiles kindly at me, I smile back. Lily is one of the tolerable people in my class. She's smart, quite and kind. We'll sometimes sit together in the libary at lunch and read in a comfortable silence. I turn back to front just as the weel lands on the third and final person to make up our group. Peter. Great. My mind goes fuzzy as I think about the chances he might figure out who I am. I've only been on the chat for a weekend but I already know I'd miss it if they found out I was 'scales' and removed me. I get pulled out my thoughts by Lily and Peter sitting down at my table.
"Hey, Scarlet" Lily said kindly.
"Hey" I said smiling back at Lily.
I look over at Peter and smile awkwardly at him, he smiles back.
We seem to work well together and the conversation flows easily, we easily decide what we're going to do the project about at how we're going to present it
We agree to meet after school in the libary on Wednesday's and Friday's
When I get home I have a few messages on my phone from the 'marauders'
Ha, James is jealous of you Pete
You get to do the project with Lily the love of his life

Your just lucky your working with her as she's beautiful, kind, funny and smart
