Note
This is a scene from my Hannibal and fantastic beast crossover called the fannibal grindlenewt story, that has not been published yet well at least not this particular chapter ,this is edited to not give spoilers, I wrote it just before a tear jerking scene and I'm sure I'll add more fluff after it as well, mainly because I hate making sad scenes because I always end up crying....no one dies btw just a sad scene although it is a bittersweet sad...I think I'd give too much away if I tried to explain it...the cross over will have between 65-90 chapters depends on the plot bunny and what comes to me as I write the ending archs and a few clips from after the official end ...the clips will be of their lives after the book ends

The wedding

Newt was nervous he knew that everything was going to go okay but it didn't help with the nest of grindglows in his stomach at the moment.

Grindelwald stared at newt from across the alter of ignoring all of the things around them as he was stunned at newt in the black suite that fit him like a glove...it went good with Grindelwald's choice of a grey tuxedo.

Anton was the one officiating the wedding since it was a small gathering of only the most loyal of follower's..and Newt's creature's much to the dismay of the followers.

Anton asked, "do you Newt freely give and bind your soul to Grindelwald's for all of eternity?"

Newt looked Grindelwald in the eye and declared "I do give my soul over to Grindelwald freely and with no coercion to do with as he would like" not exactly the vows but Newt thought it would be more fitting of them this way.. because he trusted Grindelwald explicitly.

Anton shook his head at Newt's antics half expecting something off the wall from him.

Anton said, "Grindelwald do you accept? And do you wish to bind your soul to Newt's for all of eternity?"

Grindelwald said, "yes, our souls shall be bound as one and we can face death as a old friend together, or face eternity together..my soul is Newt's as Newt's soul is mine."

They glowed a brilliant white light as mother magic judged their sincerity and found the loyalty between them unbreakable...she sealed the bond with a golden rope and a brand of a thestral on their ring fingers...to honor her brother death who had claimed them as his chosen.

Anton was not surprised by this as nothing ever went normal where those two were concerned.

Mortymus brought the rings up and they slid them on.

Anton said, "you may now kiss the groom."

Grindelwald leaned down and kissed Newt in the lips gently before pulling back knowing his liebling didn't like public displays of affection.

Newt surprised him by pulling him back down and kissing him like his life depended on it.

Grindelwald groaned into the kiss as Newt pulled away.

Newt smiled and mischievously said, "perhaps we can continue that later."

Grindelwald nodded and dragged Newt onto the dance floor.

Vinda and Abernathy watched with Anton in amusement at the couples lack of awareness of other's...
