Chapter 1
Pain. Bright light with a hint of toxic green. Fading to black. The pain faded and I regained awareness, memories melding. I remembered being a female child with a younger brother. Having two parent. Getting my SATs. My GSCE's. Reading so many books. Writing and reading a mix of Harry Potter and Torchwood fanfiction. Getting my A levelss and driving up to university on the moterway. A lorry swerving, hitting into my car, the start of a pile up.
I saw a dead body infront of me. A woman with crimson hair, layed spain out, her hand half open. My brain conected her to the thought of mother. a man in all black rushed into the room and started muttering under his breath, gripping my mother, tears flowing freely. I watched him, silent.
A bang was heard. "Prongs, Tigerliy, Bambi, are any of you there? Peter has betrayed us. We need to move." a crash then, "No, not James!"
Snape dissaperated and Pa'foo came in. There was Panic in his eyes. He picked me up gently, as if was a glass illusion. I decided to break him a touch more so he wouldn't hunt the traitor. "Pa'foo, where is dada?"
We stayed curled up, comforting each other. I tugged the side of his robe, "Pa'foo, go with me."
He apperated us away, me having left a pile of ash where I had been to make people think I was dead. Sirius took me to an apartment that was heavly warded and started to settle me down. "Fuck, I have no idea how to be a parent, let alone a single parent for a tramatised toddler. I was down for being the fun uncle but what now?"
Well this will mess things up a bit. Oh well.
