In the Gardens
Ari POV
As Maddie and I walked through the gardens, I stopped to smell the flower “you are a devil with an angel face” Maddie said, “I have no idea what your talking about” I countered “sure you don't” she said, we looked at each other for a second before bursting out into laughter, we continue to walk down the path just enjoying each other's company “ms Rodríguez your father are here” we heard Rosa said standing to the side.
We both looked at each other “race you” Maddie yelled as she started running, I quickly began chasing after her as we entered the foyer laughing “hi girls” Maddie dad said “hi Mr. Rodríguez” I said Maddie runs and hugs her dad “where's stepmom?” she asks “she decided to head home early” Mr. Rodríguez said “ok” Maddie said “Well we must get going James” Mr. Rodríguez said “of course good seeing you again” my dad said as the two shake hand.
As they left “were going back to Spain for a few days” my dad informs me “ok and” I ask “you'll be here by yourself” “ok when are you leaving” I ask “tonight” he informs “ok I'm going to take a nap” I said heading to my room “Arianna” dad called “yes” I said “don't do anything stupid” he asks “can't promise that” I said heading to wards my room.
Maddie POV “So how was your trip” I ask my dad while he drives us home “it was lovely sweetheart” dad said “that's great how was business” I ask “it was fine” dad respond “I got you a present” dad said “really what is it?” I questioned i“can't tell you” dad said “that's not fair” I said pouting “Keep pouting, and you may not get it” he said I quickly put on a smile I hear a little laugh escape and I smile the rest of the drive we just laugh and talk.
As we enter the house I see i giant cotton candy machine I smile immediately spread on my face as I hugged my dad “thank you” I said “your welcome little one” dad said letting go “she better be grateful after home much money you spent on that thing” I heard my stepmom say “gale” I said
“Maddison” she said I roll my eyes at her my dad taps me on my shoulder as a sign to stop being rude “I hope you enjoyed your little vacation” “it wasn't a vacation, it was a business deal” “my dad did all the business you just spent all his money” I yelled.
“Says the spoiled teenager if anything you leave a dent in his bank account” “says the bitch with daddy issues” “enough” my dad yelled “Maddie why don't you go to your room while I take to your mother” dad said I head upstairs and turn towards my room “she is not my mother” I said heading towards my room.
I enter my room and dive face-first into my bed and let out a scream into my pillow until I heard my phone ring I look at the screen to see Cassie is calling me I answer “when is practice again?” she asks “tomorrow” I inform her.
“Ok thanks” she said, “how long do you think this is going to last?” I ask her “what do you mean” she asks “your thing with jack” I elaborate “if she finds out she will ruin you” I warned her “then she will never find out” she said “later Cassie” I said, hanging up the phone before she could say anything else.
Few hours later
After saying goodbye to her parents and sister, Arianna heads to her room to take a shower, after her shower she puts on her pj mas and puts on a movie, a few minutes into the movie she calls Maddie.
Ari POV
“Hey” I heard “hi” respond, “how was your first night with your dad home?” I ask “it was going good until my stepmom and I got into an argument again” she informs me “do you wanna talk?” I ask “no not really” she answered “ok well that's too bad because we're gonna” I inform her I hear a groan on the other end “but not today I have a question” I said.
“Shoot” she said, “when is your next cheer practice?” I ask “tomorrow why?” she asked “I have a made up my mind on what I want to do” I inform her “do I even want to know” she asked sarcastically “ill tell you tomorrow” I said “ok i gotta go need my beauty sleep” she said “bye” I said hanging up the phone with that I turn off the TV and clap my hand slowly drifting to sleep.
The next day
Ari got up at about around 9 am and ate breakfast, took shower and got ready and headed to club inferno
Outside club inferno
Ari POV
I approach the door knocking a guard opens the door and says “were not open yet sweetheart” “I know” I said “I'm here to speak to your boss” I said he looks me up and down, and I do the same “come in sweetheart” he said moving from the door checking me out I roll my eyes as I make my way through the club I reach a door and assume this was the place I push the door open to see a man in a blue suit “I heard you wanted to talk to me” he said pointing to a seat.
I shake my head at the offer, “what do you want?” he asks, “one of your men have been snitching and selling you weed on the side” I inform him “you have any proof?” he asks I show him a video of jack giving some girl weed and another of him telling me about the drug ring “that little bitch” the man said slamming his hand down on the desk “why are you telling me this you to seem real close” he said “we were before he had sex with my best friend” I say nonchalantly.
“Well his loss” I turn around to leave “wait” he said “yes” I turned “I can't let you leave” he said pulling a gun on me, I pull one back, and he looks at me shocked and lowers his gun and I do the same “if you ever say a word of this to any one ill kill you” he said I nod and leave the club heading back to the car I said one down one more to go i though.
At the gym
Maddie POV
While I was drilling practice I got a text from Ari meet me outside I look at the “keep going ill be right back” I said heading outside “what's up” I ask “I told you I was gonna put everything into motion today but in need help” she said “ok what's the plan”.
“We're gonna pitch Cassie off the pyramid” she said I look at me with a smirk “right this way” leading her toward the gym “exactly how are we gonna do that” I ask “the two girls who are holding her are going to grease their thighs causing her to slip” she said.
“And exactly how are we gonna get them to do that” I ask “my favorite way of blackmail” she said smirking as we approach the gym call over the two girls “hi girls” Ari said “hi” they both said “I'm gonna need you too do me a favor” she said “sure” they said agreeing “put this on your thighs” Ari said holding up a bottle of oil.
“Why?” they ask, and I roll my eyes “because if you don't, I'm going to tell you parents you're dating gangsters” she said the two girl look at eachother then back at her, they quickly apply the oil to their thighs “good now lets run the routine” I said loud enough for every one to hear as they ran the routine they get to the stunts.
I look over at Ari then I hear a scream and look to see Cassie lying on the floor I turn back to the door to see that Ari isn't there I head over and tell someone to call an ambulance she looks at me with a look, but I just stare at her faking concern.
Few hours later
Arianna POV
Watching the news I hear about jacks attach, and now he is in the hospital I feel satisfied with myself I turn off the TV and head to bed, but before I went to sleep I call Cassie “hello” I heard a high pitch voice at the end of the line “how are you feeling” I ask “you bitch” she yells “don't put much strain on yourself” I said “all this because we cheated on you” she said I roll my eyes.
“I don't know what your talking about maybe your fall affected your memory good night” I said hang up before she said anything I clap my hands snuggling into my bed when I get a text from Maddie asking if I want to go on a trip with her yea sure I text her back ok we can talk about it tomorrow night I smile and close my eyes.
