Hearing Bellatrix screeching near the library I sigh before rushing twords her being joined by Minnie "think it's the same girl?"
Hearing a second scream I nod running faster, coming to them I see Bella stomping on Dolores's hand.
"Bellatrix that is enough" I order glaring at her.
"No, she deserves it" she screams at me while twisting her foot on Dolores's hand.
Checking over Bella I sigh seeing she's not going to be reasoned with, waving my wand I freeze her as Minnie rushes forward catching her completely use to how I handle Bella.
Reaching down I yank Umbridge up by her robes dragging her to my office while Minnie brings Bella.
Reaching it I shove Umbridge in a chair and unfreeze Bella forcing her to sit.
"Now both of you will tell me your version of what caused this problem" hearing both start ranting I lift my hand stopping them "shut up".
I quickly cast myself into their minds seeing what happened before nodding "I already know what happened".
"How could you possibly know? you didn't listen to me" Umbridge screams.
"She used Legilimens you bloody cat fucking moronic toad" Bella screeches.
"You can't do that" Umbridge screams at me.
"I can and did, you have a noted history of lying and Bella has it for exaggerating facts, I figure cutting out the lies works best" I answer calmly.
"Now Dolores, let me see your wand" I say holding my hand out.
Seeing her stare at me refusing to listen I nod relaxing in my chair "very well, I'm sure you know that using any of the unforgivables result in expulsion and being sent to Azkaban correct?"
Seeing her face turn red I silence her shaking my head before she can start screaming "No, you don't get to yell, Bellatrix witnessed you using Crucio on a first year muggle born, you're wand will confirm it when checked, either way the ministry was alerted the moment you cast it and an Auror will be here any moment".
Hearing the fireplace flare I look over seeing Albus in the fire "Professor Blacks there was a report of an unforgivable used, we need to bring everyone to the dinning hall".
"I have a suspect in my office headmaster and a witness, shall I bring them up to your office?"
"Yes very good"
Nodding I stand up grabbing Umbridge leading her out with Minnie leading Bella along.
Reaching the gargoyle I sigh rolling my eyes "Lemon drops and Hershey bars".
Seeing the stairs I huff heading up and slam the door open "Dumbledore, how can you expect teachers to be intimidating while a student is in trouble if we have to say those horrible passwords you choose" I rant before looking at the Auror.
"Hello Auror Moody" I say smiling.
He nods keeping the stern look on his face "who's the suspect?"
"Dolores Umbridge, I caught Bella attacking her and had to freeze her to get her calm, I used Legilimens on both because records show both either lie or exaggerate facts, when I asked for her wand she refused to let me check"
He nods stepping forward holding his hands out "Wands now girls" he barks.
Bella huffs handing hers over allowing the check, he nods then frowns looking at her "why are you checking for poisoning so often?"
"I'm a Black Sir" she hisses holding her hand out to him "Very good, constant vigilance" he says giving her wand back.
He then glares at Umbridge before yanking her wand from her checking it "unforgivable used" he growls casting a body bind on her and pulling her to the fire place.
"Tell my wife I'll be late now" he barks before leaving.
"Why are we always the messagers?" I ask frowning.
"Because he knows Myrtle will hex him out of the house if she isn't told" Minnie says laughing.
"Just think in a few years we'll be able to say we survived teaching all your nieces and nephews plus your daughter" Albus says chuckling to himself.
"Albus remember to be fair to all houses and Gryffindor will be punished for bullying students" I warn glaring at him "if you fail I will humiliate you in front of the entire student body every time".
"Not duel me?" He asks thoughtfully.
"No, I refuse to get blamed if your hip gets broken because your bones are turning into dust"
He laughs taking his glasses off and cleans them like a muggle "that's a new one" he says smiling at me.
1947
Standing in the headmasters office I nod agreeing with Headmaster Dibbit as he gets onto us "Sir, it was my idea, I wanted to get somethings from muggle London and they followed worried I would get hurt or lost".
"What was so important that you broke multiple rules?" He asks sounding tired.
Smiling I look at Walburga who rolls her eyes handing me a bag from her pocket.
"I know the caretaker is normally in charge of making sure hygiene is followed but as a squib it's hard for him to get what he needs and I don't think it's right, so I went and got muggle hygiene products and wanted to see about an elf helping him with getting water on in his bathroom, he's considered teaching staff and no matter what anyone says, we learn as much from him as we do from the Professors and our families" I say while placing the bag down.
He frowns sitting up looking at the stuff I have in it and pulls out Potions to repair his teeth "he should be allowed general health needs, my parents plan to start an outreach program to help squibs with this stuff" I say proudly.
"So you broke these rules to go to muggle London and get this stuff and your friends came along to protect you, that explains Ms. McGonagall and Ms. Warren, but it does not explain how Ms. Sprout was involved" He says.
"I went to watch out for Aquila as well, I don't know the muggle world but I had to try and help my friends" Pomona says calmly standing closer to us.
He nods looking us over "hey did you notice we currently have someone from each house in our group? Walburga was Slytherin before she left" Myrtle suddenly says proudly.
I smile seeing Walburga reach forward dragging her back and covering her mouth "hush girl, that's unnecessary information" she says chuckling slightly.
Myrtle wiggles around till she frees her mouth and looks up at Walburga "could you see if I can stay at least part of the summer with Aquila?"
Walburga nods while letting her go "I will let you ladies go but I will be taking 50 points from each of your houses" the headmaster says motioning us to leave.
Nodding we turn making our way out "you three are nothing but trouble" Pomona hisses.
I laugh seeing Myrtle put her arm around her shoulder leaning on her "you secretly enjoy it" she whispers.
2 days later
I sigh standing standing in front of the Wizengamot and willing taking the Veritaserum "state your name".
"Aquila Aurora Black"
"Recount the event in question please"
Nodding I take a deep breath "It was my first day at Hogwarts after the feast, I was walking with a house mate to the library, when Tom Riddle asks for me to walk with him I declined him but he asked again for later that afternoon. I explained that I was not interested in walking with him and left with my house mate, he started yelling at me while following us and grabbing my wrist forcing me to face him, I told him to let go because he was hurting me, however he did not let go nor listen, instead he said No I was not done talking to you, now you will send the mud blood away and listen to what I have to say, my brother happened to be in the library and hit him with a knock back spell, after that my house mate took my to the healer"
"Thank you Ms. Black" nodding I move back to my seat watching as they question Myrtle before bringing Riddle up having to make him take the Veritaserum.
I smirk listening to him rant about how I should be honored he was talking to me because he's the heir of Slytherin as well as talking about forcing mud bloods and creatures to be slaves.
'he's doing everything for us, if he keeps this up we won't have to fight him, maybe we can have a normal year at school'
They let him step down and I hear someone ask "is there anyone here who wishes to testify for either person?"
"Yes I have a few thoughts"
Turning I see Dumbledore in the back of the Wizengamot seating "very well Albus".
"I had such high hopes for young Riddle, as you all know the students are our future to ignore them is to ignore progress, I must admit I was becoming close minded in regards to Slytherin house after Grindelwald, and to hear another young man make the same remark so plainly. I truly believe he will become another Grindelwald, as for Young Lady Black I have high hopes for her, she confessed to choosing a house based on one person looking sad to try and be their friend, she found her way into the Chamber of Secrets called upon the founders for guidance and help to safely removed a basilisk from there, she's convinced her parents to start an outreach programs and to file for a law to watch and protect muggle borns and squibs in abusive homes while many of us think of progress she's pushing for"
I smile slightly before waiting for the their ruling.
