Freddy now sat with others at the ministry. They had been questioned a bit now. A round of tea and biscuits were being offered. He heard his dad’s voice now outside the large office door. “Freddy !”, He yelled out, “Back here”, He said back loudly smiling now. He sat at a large office table with other shop owners. His mum and dad now stood near them. Freddy got up in greeting. He hugged his mum then dad. “We can fix the shop don’t worry”, Said George, “Are you alright?”, they both asked worried now. “Yes I am fine. A little spooked is all”, He answered back. George went to speak with his uncle Harry now who was in his office. Angelina spoke to everyone at the table offering any help she could.
Hadley was working at home. Last day before the away match they were all attended which included a week long holiday weekend. Holiday time ! She was execited but had not packed nor cleaned the bathroom which was her turn. Also dirty dishes still sat in the sink. Hugo was at work at the ministry. Rose appeared in around lunch time in the large flat. They moved just before Christmas to a two bedroom making one an office and they had balcony now which was great. “So Uncle Harry is not coming but Aunt Ginny is and the Johnson-Weasleys are not coming now”, she shouted coming to the bedroom where Hadley’s desk sat. She heard her typing loudly. “ I can’t believe you didn’t just take half a day”, Rose said. “I will sort this mess”, Rose then took control of the bedroom across from this one which was larger. Hugo’s stuff was by the door waiting. “Some of us can’t just stop sorry”, She continued to type away working. “Plus I need the time still”, She said holding her hand up. A large diamond ring sat all pretty looking reminding Rose of it. “Who knows what my mum has planned”, She said. Hadley’s hair looked nice after going to the hair salon the night before. She was ready for a break even if it was in a tent for a week. Her and Hugo would be near Montrose stadium for three days then off to Cornwall for surfing. Better then being home or at the office.
The Whitmore house was quiet. The downstairs was clean but the second bedroom was a mess. Baby clothes all over, burp cloths, the diaper genie full. A small baby girl was her little cot next the master bed. Charlotte was surprised how much her daughter looked like her. The baby loved to sleep and was very quiet still. Henry was a natural at doing everything being exposed to babies at the hospital. Charlotte wrote into work saying she would be taking 10 months off now. They decided to go on holiday when their daughter got a bit older so Charlotte said she would stay home a bit longer. Law books sat on her side table waiting for her. Her mum had disagreed that she needed rest still. The sun was just rising as Henry stirred. Charlotte had been up for awhile now just worrying like normal. Sitting up in bed having pumped already with the muggle machine and stored it in the freezer. She didn’t enjoy breast feeding still and this worked. She had read all the books. “Hello”, Henry said turning to look at her. “Hi”, Charlotte said. “We could go out for breakfast early or I could go get it”, He suggested. She was not ready at all to be in public having just had a baby. “No no i should stay in”, Charlotte said, “Ok love”, Henry said kissing her and got dressed to get them some breakfast. She used the bathroom before he left. “Oh Merlin”, Charlotte said, this was the part she was dreading the after part. Henry gave her clean clothes and changed the bedding. Put a new blanket on the bed. They packed away the large comforter as baby spit up and other things were bound to happen here. “It’s completely normal”, He said smiling. He popped everything in the wash and gathered all the baby clothes also for a washing. “I bet in two weeks it will get a lot better you will start to feel better”, He said kissing her. “The healer said you should heal fast on these potions”, He said looking over to the meds. “Food and rest”. Henry said. He left for the food. She was in bed. Their daughter Chloe still asleep. Charlotte watched her sleep. They had a healer checkup on Friday next week. Henry brought the newspaper in with a tray of food, tea and coffees. “Omg there was an attack in Diagon Alley”, “Where is my magphone”, she spoke quickly reading out loud. The baby woke up now crying. Charlotte grabbed her, “Sorry darling” She cradled her and she calmed down. Maybe they did have their hands full here. “Don’t worry I am sure Dominic answered his phone last night”, Henry said. Henry got her phone from her bag downstairs. It was her private one. “Here”, He said giving it to her. She texted Dominic to check in. “It went fine he says” Charlotte told them. She sat back relaxing now. “Two page spread of the damage, says a fund has been started to help the owners already”, Henry read. They ate talking about the shops and her one client there.
The long weekend-Across England the Holyhead Harpies were just waking up and going for a run. This would be a long weekend one match day which could be very long tomorrow. Multiple teams were here. Near the Montrose stadium where they were playing a city of tints sat. You could smell the coffee in the air and hear breakfast being cooked now. Brits knew a good fry up. Senior Mrs. Weasley was on the job. Two fires going and two large pans. One with oat meal and the other eggs and sausages. Ginny was up also greeting her mum with tea. She was dressed up for the match interviews. “It’s going to be a great day!”, Ginny said watching out at the sea of tents to the stadium. “Theo ! Astrid ! Slow down” Teddy yelled. The kids showed up in front of them both washed, dressed and teeth brushed. Both wearing matching dark blue qudditch sub-match Tshirts. Astrid’s hair was already in two pigtails with ribbons. “Hi”, Astrid said asking what was for breakfast. Teddy finally caught up. He had a travel mug in his hand and seemed to be fully showered and shaved also. Ginny was suprised. “Hello sorry”, Teddy said catching up. “You’ve showered and everything”, Ginny said, “Yeah I borrowed this tent from a neighbor Trent, it has a full bathroom and everything. Not much of a kitchen though”, He said happily. “Wow great”, Ginny said. “It’s ready, get the stuff Ginny”, Molly ordered. There was a table loaded with bowls, silverware, blankets, plates and cups for an army. She got the bowls first. “Eat up”, Molly said giving the kids food. They never complained while camping. “They went to bed super early last night, tired from school then traveling. Vic should be a long soon she was just in the shower”, Teddy said taking a bowl also. “Thanks !”, He said eating happily. It would be a long weekend Ginny thought. “See you all later I am off to the radio station inside the Stadium. I will pop in on everyone around lunch time in the box”, Ginny kissed her mum goodbye and left them to eat.
