“Good conversation?” Ron’s voice sounded bitter, even to himself.
“What are you on about?” Hermione asked, exhausted. This was a familiar argument that neither one of them truly wanted to have, but he couldn’t help himself.
“I saw you. Talking to that bastard Malfoy.”
“God, Ronald, not this again, please.” Hermione closed her eyes, pinching the bridge of her nose. “I’d like to get home; have a cuppa before you start.”
“Are you shagging him?” Ron’s voice rose in pitch. “I swear, ‘Mione, if you’re spreading yo—”
The bitch slapped him, tears welling in her eyes.
“Fuck you, Ron Weasley.”
