Chapter 69
Hooch looks at me and seems almost pained before looking away frowning, I watch her for a moment before pushing her "Answer me Hooch" I hiss.
Narrowing my eyes I watch as she shakes before pointing at the door "Leave" she orders.
Scoffing I glare at her "I will find out who they belong to and return them" I warn.
Walking to the door I frown hearing her whisper "I know you will".
Stalking out I groan hearing my stalker rush up to me, before I can snap at her she throws herself at me hugging me and crying.
Freezing for a moment I awkwardly pat her back, smelling blood I shove her back seeing red on my shirt before looking at her and seeing her tucking her hand against her skirt.
"Show me" I order.
Seeing her head shake I snarl grabbing her arm yanking it out and turning it over frowning 'creatures should not be in Hogwarts'.
"What are you?" I ask.
"I don't know" she mumbles nervously.
"What?" I hiss.
"My dad panicked when I turned into a wolf but Mom says it's normal" she squeaks.
Looking at her I frown before sighing and dragging her to the school to doctor her hand.
Leading her to my common room I ignore her blushing and glancing at me as I grab some Potions "Your mom's a wolf?" I ask.
"Yes, she use to tell me stories about her home and our family"
"What about your dad?" I ask.
She shrugs looking down frowning "She killed him when I turned into a wolf because he tried to kill me".
Nodding I start treating her hand "Why do you not like me?" She asks suddenly.
"Because McGonagall favors you" I grunt smirking at her pained hiss.
"Everyone knows you're her favorite" she mumbles.
"Yes, and then you come along trying to take my place as her only favorite" I snark while wrapping her hand.
"You're jealous?" She asks confused.
"No, I'm territorial" I hiss getting up and dusting my hands before gathering my supplies to put them up.
"Why help me then?" She asks.
"Because McGonagall cares about you, she protects you so with her gone I won't have anyone say I shamed her by ignoring her brat that stalks me"
"She told me you would help me if she wasn't around, I been trying to stay with you so I'm safe"
Frowning I keep my back to her "What's your name?" I ask.
"Neela Lucas"
"That's sanskrit, it means Blue or Sapphire" I say turning to look at her.
"Yes"
"Your name is Sapphire" I repeat frowning "and a wolf".
Seeing her cross her arms glaring I raise my brow "How is your mom a wolf?"
"She was born one, Granny was changed by granddad but stopped changing with age she still had her heighten senses, she was raising my sister but something happened and she was separated from her before she could warn her about something"
"Sister?" I ask feeling my instinct kicking at me to keep asking.
"Ratnaraj Lucas"
"Sanskrit again, it means Red or precious stone king meaning Ruby" I say feeling like it's important.
Seeing her nod I cross my arms "Is your mother's name Sanskrit?"
"Yeah Anita Lucas, it means leader"
"Or Grace" I add tilting my head "Your mom is named Anita Lucas, your name is Blue or Sapphire, and you have a sister living with your granny named Red or Ruby" I say calmly while walking closer to her.
Pulling my sleeve up I point at my mark "Do you have one?"
She nods nervously as I growl "Where?"
Seeing her blush I raise my brow seeing her point to her skirt, sighing I step back rubbing my forehead "Great" I mumble before yanking her up and leading her to the door "Go, I'll find you later"
A weeks later
Walking down the hall I frown seeing Lavender messing with Neela, stalking over I grab her hair yanking her head back while lifting my other hand holding a fireball "I will burn off your precious Goldilocks hair" I hiss.
Seeing her pale I shove her forward ignoring her stumbling as I grab Neela's shirt dragging her along.
Reaching Hooch's home I shove the door open ignoring her glare as I drag Neela in behind me "Scent her and tell me what you get" I order.
Crossing my arms I watch as she takes a deep breath before looking confused "Similar to you" Neela says nervous.
Looking at Hooch I frown grabbing Neela's shirt again dragging her out "Let's go Brat".
