Chapter 2

After the events with the dementors, the Ministry of Magic had sent him a letter informing him of his expulsion. Throughout the whole time, Dudley of course was very out of it after almost having his soul sucked out, not that Harry could blame him.

He also felt a bit out of it, the shock of what happened that day catching up to him. Harry seemed to be a magnet for trouble because they always happened to him. Now, he had accidentally dragged his cousin into this.

What hurt the most was after all that time his uncle slowly liked him but now it had all gone up the drain. Whatever small ember that slowly sparked within his uncle that his uncle cared had been drowsed with ice cold water and no matter what he knew it would stay that way. His uncle was going to go back being crueler than ever.

He could already feel fear shivering up his spine and how his distressed scent tried to escape but to only be in vain since he had started wearing scent blockers. Instincts screamed at him to nest, any way to find a bit of comfort but Harry felt like he didn't deserve it.

Why couldn't he be good?

Why couldn't he have a bit of normalcy for once?

He was cursed that was what he was.

He tried to ignore how tears welled up in his eyes as he watched them leave, taking Dudley to the hospital. His uncle caught his gaze from his room and gave him one last scathing look.

Silent tears streamed down and no matter how much he tried to stop it, deep down he felt like he lost something. He would prepare himself mentally for what his uncle would do to him when he returned, of course hidden behind doors, hidden from his aunt and cousin who remained oblivious to his new status and the abuse he faced.

That wasn't even the cherry on top, now the only place he ever considered home was ripped away from him.

"Expelled" Harry let out a bitter laugh. What would his friends even say? But what would he know they haven't even cared enough to write. Thinking about it, he felt deep anguish trying to crush his heart.

For years, this dark feeling of loneliness and misfortune followed him, weighing him down and crushing him. It got better when he went to Hogwarts but it seemed like he could cross that off the list. He was a worthless human being.

He crawled into his bed and covered himself with his blanket, quietly crying himself to sleep. Trying to find a bit of comfort in his bed with the lingering scent belonging to his uncle. Hoping he wouldn't wake up to this endless darkness that was his life.

Turned out, he wasn't quite yet expelled but he did have a hearing to attend. He was picked up by Remus his former professor and other people belonging to a group called the Order of the Phoenix to take him to a safe-house.

Harry was relieved that the smell of sex and sweat that had permeated his room for days had finally dissipated by now. Whatever happened here was now hidden.

Before leaving he had asked them if he could go get a few things that weren’t packed yet and to his luck they waited downstairs for him. Uncle Vernon had gotten him a lot of scent blockers just so his true nature was hidden from Petunia and Dudley. It was to his fortune that he had enough to last him until the winter break.

He quietly made his way towards his uncle and aunt’s room, carefully slipping in and going straight for the closet. He hurriedly snatched a few clothing articles that wouldn’t be missed but still had his uncle scent sticking to them. Harry had mixed feelings about this, on one hand he felt disgusted of himself, taking clothes that smelt like his uncle, on the other hand it was what he needed it brought him a mixed feeling of comfort and shame and also fulfilled his body’s cravings.

He had gotten so used to this that he couldn’t go without it, he felt aroused all the time, thanks to the frequent sessions with uncle Vernon and his clients. He should be ashamed.

Why was he like this?

Why couldn’t he even behave like a normal person?

He was fucked up, just thinking about it made him want to throw up, scream, cry, do anything to make his thoughts end. He couldn’t even control his body, he could even feel himself leaking slick.

Harry snapped out of his thoughts as he realized that it’s already been 5 minutes. He quickly took care of everything, finished packing and his little slick problem. After that he tuned his thoughts out and went with the flow, going through the motions of what he was asked to do.

He went downstairs to signal to them that he was ready for departure. Remus had sniffed the air as he got closer and had a brief look of concern on his face. He felt a bit hesitant and shuffled a bit back, trying to hide his nervousness. Remus open his mouth, looking like he wanted to say something but got cut off when Alastor Moody, hissed that they had to leave now. Relief flooded through his body as he got onto the broom and started following a woman named Tonks. The way rest of the way was a blur for him and in record time arrived there.

Before entering Harry had found himself suddenly nervous, he tried to calm his nerves giving himself a moment to breathe. His omega instincts were going haywire and he couldn’t understand why it was happening, he got his answers a minute later when he entered the house and was immediately bombarded by the smell of alphas.

He had mixed feelings when it came to alphas. It reminded him of what he endured at the Dursleys but it also gave him a sense of comfort. His brain was all wrong, he should be repulsed by the idea. He had suffered so much in such a short time yet his omega instincts both craved and feared it at the same time. Harry felt so emotionally conflicted with himself.

Harry pushed everything aside for now, he could deal with it later when he was alone. It wouldn’t do him any good if he broke down in front of them. The first thing he saw was Ms.Weasley emerging from the Hall.

“Oh Harry, it’s lovely to see you!” whispered Ms. Weasley, pulling him into a hug. Harry immediately became tense, feeling uncomfortable from the touch. Even though he had hugged her before but now he didn’t want people he cared for touch him. He didn’t want to sully them because that’s what he was dirty. He wasn’t pure anymore. He wouldn’t be wanted anymore if they found out.

Ms.Weasley pulled back, taking a good look at him. “Are you alright, dear?” she questioned.

“Oh. I’m… fine Ms. Weasley” said Harry hesitantly.

“Alright if you say so.” said Ms.Weasley. She didn’t really looked like she believed him but let it go for now. She then told him to go join Ron and Hermione who were upstairs.

And with that Harry went upstairs. Did they still consider him a friend after only hearing silence from them the whole summer? He didn’t know but he was nervous to hear what they had to say. It felt like a whole lifetime since he last saw them. He was scared. What if they didn’t want him anymore? He clenched his fists trying to ground himself back to reality, trying to stave off the panic that was starting to rise within him. He steeled his nerves and pushed the door open.

Time to find out what his friends really thought of him.
