Slytherin? Gryffindor? Hufflepuff? Or Ravenclaw?
They later met up with Dumbledore and traveled to Hogwarts using something called the floo network…? Geez these wizards aren’t good at naming things are they?

As Soukoku stepped through the fire the red head gasped and the brunette just stared.
Chuuya had never been to school in fact he was about to go to his first day, or more like his original self’s first day of school when he was kidnapped and the now living Chuuya came to life, so technically Chuuya didn’t even have a childhood, he always slightly wonders whether his real self had one either (he doesn’t know wether he is the clone or not). But looking around Chuuya realized they were blocking the way so he and Dazai moved out of the way just in time for Harry to come tumbling through the giant fireplace and into the brightly lit room.
As soon as the rest of them got back safely the golden trio and Snape left to go to their classes while Dumbledore and the two teens sat together in the seemingly cramped room (it was actually quite big) the awkwardness was so tense Dumbledore almost wanted nothing more than to have the two leave his office, but that would be unproductive after all he still has unanswered questions he feels are of utmost importance. “Does Mr Chuuya have magic?” Dazai looked up at the old headmaster “no?” Dazai stated as if it was obvious, Dumbledore pursued his lips with frustration “are you sure?” “I would know if he did.” Dazai was quick to respond, “you both realize I’m right here you know!” They both ignored Chuuya. Dumbledore considered trying to look into Dazai’s head but ultimately decided against it, as despite his friendly demeanor Dazai was still Voldemort's son and if Dazai found out he had looked/tried to look into his mind it would build a sense of distrust that wasn’t currently there and one he wishes will never be there.
“Is there anything you wish to talk to me about or should Chuuya and I go meet my new classmates?” ‘Ah Dazai must be excited to meet more of his kind’ Dumbledore smiled at him and turned his head to Chuuya who was turned towards Dazai (and definitely not pouting, no Chuuya would never pout) “you two will be introduced to the other students, and sorted into your house during the dinner feast!” Dumbledore’s expression then turned grave “I’m sorry though, Mr Dazai that if your father catches you here with Mr Chuuya, I’m afraid what he’s going to do isn’t very pleasant which is why you're here where we can protect you from him.” The boys looked shocked at hearing the news.
After a long grueling silence, the Dazai finally spoke, “how can I…” Dumbledore’s eyes sparkled after all he knew Dazai was going to ask how he could protect Chuuya. “Can I at least see him? I’ve never had a father before, so as long as he doesn’t see Chuuya it would be fine right…?” Dumbledore was shocked, his eyes immediately lost the sparkle, after all he had underestimated how much the loss of a parental figure had affected Dazai. So he responded “I’ll try my best. For now, why don’t you read while waiting for dinner to start?” Dumbledore suggested leading the two to a couch in the back of his office. ‘I suppose I have to take a gentler approach with these two’ Dumbledore though sitting at his desk planning to get work done before having to explain the situation to the students, he was dreading having to tell them, especially the Slytherin’s. Chuuya was half asleep when Dumbledore approached them, but instead of saying anything to the two mafiosos he just stood there watching Dazai stroke his hands through Chuuya’s hair while reading a book with a red cover written in Japanese. Dazai watched as the Headmaster stood in front of them a bit longer before making his presence ‘known’ “Dazai, please wake up Chuuya we must head down to the great hall for dinner” Dazai looked at him “but professor why do I have to wake him up?” Dumbledore’s gaze softened “because you both need to go to dinner Dazai” “but I can just carry Chuuya” “I suppose you could” Dazai poked Chuuya who took it was a signal to pretend to be asleep as Dazai picked him up carrying Chuuya bridle style, resting Chuuya’s head in the crevice of his neck.
Dumbledore couldn’t help but smile at the adorable sene before him as he put his hand on Dazai’s back “shall we go?” Dazai walked through the castle in almost complete silence, Chuuya’s breathing even and deep almost as if he really was asleep , Dazai in complete silence his heart rate barely there, his breathing almost non-existent, his fingers slowly tracing circles into Chuuya’s thigh. Dumbledore stopped in front of them and turned around “be prepared for you two to be the center of attention” the old headmaster said, pushing open the giant doors “as long as they don’t wake up Chuuya.” when the doors opened it was like stepping into a whole new world, full of floating lanterns, happy kids, and a joyful atmosphere. Dazai quickly covered Chuuya’s ears from the loud noise. Dazai Dumbledore and a sleeping Chuuya began to walk past the four tables, slowly drawing more and more attention to themselves the closer they got to the teachers tables.
Soon enough the entire hall was silent, and it was in this moment of silence that Dumbledore chose to speak “Now I’m sure many of you are wondering if these are the new transfers, but unfortunately only one will be a student.” The crowd erupted into whispers, Dumbledore pulled Dazai to the front “this is the transfer Osamu Dazai” Dumbledore then pointed at Chuuya in Dazai’s arms “and this i-“ “and this is my little dog!” Dazai interrupted before turning to Dumbledore “can we hurry this up, after all what a bad owner I would be if I didn’t feed my little doggy wouldn’t I?” Dumbledore looked puzzled before quickly masking his expression with kindness, but Dazai could still see the expression in his eyes. “Why yes Mr Dazai” Dumbledore said before picking up the sorting hat and bringing it over to Dazai.
“SLYTHERIN!” The hall went silent, after all, the hat had sprung to life, took one look at Dazai then shouted a house. That had never happened before.
