now i'm living with the consequences.

"And what did she say to that?" asked Scorpius, who was lying on Albus' bed. Albus was pacing the room.

"Well, she didn't say anything at first. Just silence. Then she hugged me and told me it was okay and that she would always love me." Albus shrugged before running his hand through his hair. Still not sure how to feel about it.

Albus moved to the bed and stood in front of it. "I'm really glad she reacted well."

Scorpius smiled a little. "Your mother loves you, Al. Your father may have trouble showing it, but your mother doesn't."

The other boy sighed. "Yeah, I guess..."

Then his stomach turned as he was suddenly pulled towards Scorpius and he landed on top of Scorpius.

"Ugh... A little warning would have been nice too," Albus' voice rang out and at the end of the sentence he started to grin. "Next time, buuuut are you sure you want one?" Scorpius' right hand buried itself in Albus' hair, which allowed him to pull his face closer to his.

Albus hummed something. "I don't want one."

"I thought s-" Scorpius was interrupted by Albus' lips pressing against his. Scorpius' left arm immediately wrapped around Albus' waist, Albus leaned his left elbow against the bed to keep his balance and his right hand fell on Scorpius' neck.

Scorpius pulled away from Albus' lips for a moment. "Are you sure you want to keep making out? We can also talk about your feelings about your family if you prefer."

Albus shook his head. "Actually, I prefer this." Albus ran his tongue over Scorpius' lips, which gave Scorpius goosebumps.

Then their lips collided again. Heat ran through both bodies. Albus took a sharp breath when he felt Scorpius' fingers stroking the end of his sweater.

"Is that okay?" Albus heard Scorpius' voice and he nodded. "Yes."

Albus' heart fluttered as Scorpius' hand gently disappeared under Albus' sweater and rested on his skin.

Scorpius carefully stroked Albus' back and hips. He wanted to make him feel safe with him.

They both took a deep breath and the moment seemed to stand still. There was only the two of them. No one else. They were safe together.

Albus removed his lips from his and began to place kisses on Scorpius' cheek. From there he moved on to Scorpius' neck. He heard a satisfied sigh from Scorpius before he dared to continue. He continued kissing downwards, his right hand sliding to Scorpius' sweater. It was a size too big, so Albus could easily pull the sweater down a little to expose part of Scorpius' collarbone.

He noticed how Scorpius' breathing became heavier and faster. Scorpius also tightened his grip on Albus, which Albus made him grin inwardly.

Now Albus placed kisses on his collarbone. After a moment, he began to suck and use his tongue.

"Fuck..."

That was from Scorpius.

After Albus was sure that a hickey would appear there, he removed his lips from Scorpius' skin and looked into his eyes.

He felt hot and his stomach tingled as he saw the desire in Scorpius' eyes.

Albus leaned forward and put his lips back on Scorpius, who had only been waiting for this moment and let both hands wander under Albus' sweater.

Their kissing became even more heated, but then a loud voice sounded outside the room, so they separated in a matter of seconds and sat down normally on the bed.

Sadly.

Lily came in, her hair was braided. "Okay, first of all." She waved her hands around. "I hope I didn't interrupt anything and secondly: I need your help."

"Then don't you want to get the other three too?" Albus asked, but Lily shook her head. "It's about... Faye. Alaric is her brother, talking about it in front of him is embarrassing. And Jareth tells Alaric everything." Then she sat down on the edge of the bed.

"I want to ask out Faye."

Silence.

Albus and Scorpius exchanged a somewhat confused look for a moment.

"We thought you were already together?" Scorpius mentioned, to which Albus nodded.

Lily just stared at the two of them. "I-excuse me? What?!" Lily's mouth opened, then closed again.

Albus scratched the back of his head. "Um, oops... You two hold hands whenever you can and always look at each other like that. That's why we believed it, Alaric and Jareth too, by the way."

Lily crossed her arms. "You two also always look at each other in love."

Albus and Scorpius blushed. Lily grinned victoriously.

She tapped her hands and waited for an answer, but none came. Then she sighed. "You have no idea how I could go about this?"

"I'm not that good at it," Albus replied. Scorpius gave him a look that practically asked the question: Are you serious?

"You mean about girls," Lily added and Albus sighed. "What about your friends? I mean, girls among girls?" Scorpius then asked and Lily's gaze fell to the mattress below. Then she swallowed.

"I'm friends with them, but we don't like each other. We're only friends so we're not alone." Lily explained quietly, sliding between Albus and Scorpius and folding her arms with theirs.

She leaned her head on Albus' shoulder and pulled Scorpius towards her and Albus.

"You never told me that." Albus whispered, Lily tried to hold back her tears. She closed her eyes for a moment, then took a breath - hoping that her voice wouldn't be too shaky.

"I was embarrassed. James had real friends from the start. He would never have understood if I had told him." Lily took a deep breath.

"Faye is my first real best friend. I don't want to ruin our friendship by asking her out." Lily's voice grew quieter.

She tightened her grip on Albus and Scorpius' arms, she didn't want to cry.

Not in front of Albus and Scorpius.

She didn't really want to burden them with her problems - they both had enough problems of their own.

But she had no one else she could go to.

Yes, of course, she had Alaric and Jareth now, but Faye was Alaric's sister - she didn't want to talk to him about it.

"Okay, um... just ask her?" Albus sounded uncertain and Lily looked at him with an are-you-serious look. Then she finally nodded. "But what if that doesn't work out?" "Lily," Scorpius began, turning his face to her. "She likes you, you don't need to be afraid."

This gave Lily courage and hope, she immediately jumped off the bed and quickly turned to the two boys, smiling at them before running to the door and opening it. After that, she quickly disappeared.

The Ministry of Magic was in complete chaos - Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger-Weasley were called in.

At first they didn't want to go - because of the family reunion, but it was still their job to show up when they had to.

"We have to take other measures. A Muggle family has been kidnapped. We don't know where or what will happen to them now. The only thing we know is that it was definitely Death Eaters. They left a letter."

A colleague from the Ministry of Magic stood in front of the golden trio and explained the situation to them, then gave them the letter.

"I don't know what to think of this. But we definitely have to react differently now."

Hermione was the one who took the letter in her hand. She turned it so that Harry and Ron could read it without any problems.

Well, are you happy to hear from us?

Unfortunately we can't say much, but a few things just have to be said.

Don't hunt us down! Or the whole world will regret it. You want to protect your children, don't you? Your families? All the Muggle families? If so, then leave us alone.

You'll never get us anyway.

We have a mission to complete. No one on the good side will like it.

Look after your children. Otherwise we might catch them.

The letter was read through three times before it was put away.

"The Death Eaters just threatened us! We can't let that go," Ron shouted angrily, Hermione swallowed and frowned. "They mean it. They don't want to be disturbed on their mission, otherwise more people will die." Her voice broke with fear.

"What mission?" asked the colleague, Harry shrugged his shoulders. He was angry. Really angry.

"We urgently need to find out. That is our first priority, starting right now." His voice allowed no argument.

"But first we need to find this family, as quickly as possible," Ron said, and Hermione immediately agreed.

"Do we have any clues?"

-

Ginny was at home with the whole family. No one knew what was being discussed at the Ministry of Magic.

"Do you think it's very bad?" asked Molly, Arthur was just sitting down on the sofa with Bill and Fleur. Ginny nodded. "All three of them were called to the Ministry of Magic and only those three. It must be bad."

Then she turned around and joined the others.

"Are Mum and Dad going to be gone for long? I have to ask one of them something." Rose came into the living room and stood in front of the adults.

"I think you'll have to wait until tomorrow. It's already evening, they probably won't be back before midnight," answered Victoire, Ted pulled her towards him and kissed her on the forehead.

Rose nodded briefly. "Okay?" Then she disappeared from the living room. "I don't like any of this," said Molly suddenly. "Why did you have to invite the other Slytherins?"

Ginny took a deep breath. "Because they're okay."

"And how exactly do you know that?" Victoire asked, with a worried undertone in her voice. "I mean, did you even listen to the last names?"

Ginny sighed. "Of course I did! And I invited them anyway. Deal the hell with it!" Ginny stood up angrily and moved towards the hallway.

"Ginny, please. Stay here," Molly said, with a sad expression on her face.

Ginny crossed her arms. "No. I'm not going to listen to accusations all the time just because I made a decision without you. This is my house, remember? If you don't like something, you're welcome to leave."

After the last sentence, she immediately went up the stairs.

Albus was sitting on the windowsill in his room, he was alone. He played with his wand in his hand, then put it aside with a sigh.

The door opened, Scorpius came in. His blond hair was messed up, which made him even more attractive to Albus than he already was.

"Are you okay? You look a bit worn out," said Albus, looking closely at Scorpius, who was just walking towards him.

Scorpius stood in front of Albus, sighed and then put his arms around him. He leaned his forehead against his, Albus wrapped his arms around Scorpius' neck.

Scorpius gave Albus a kiss. "I'm just a bit tired. And I want to spend time with my boyfriend right now." Albus smiled, warmth rising in his cheeks. Scorpius smiled tiredly.

He really did look tired.

Albus kissed him, letting his lips linger on his for a few seconds before he pulled away.

Scorpius tightened his grip, and Albus immediately realized he was being lifted up. He quickly wrapped his legs around Scorpius' body.

"Well done," Scorpius whispered against Albus' lips, making Albus feel butterflies in his stomach.

Then Scorpius moved to Albus' bed, laying down on the bed with Albus. Scorpius was on top of Albus. Scorpius put his face in the crook of Albus' neck, let his right hand wander into his hair, and briefly placed his left hand on Albus' thigh to signal him to keep his legs wrapped around him.

When Albus was sure that Scorpius had fallen asleep, he whispered something into the darkness that was only meant for Scorpius.

"I love you."
