"You don't mean that. No." Sirius says in complete disbelief. "Yes I do, Sirius. I'm sorry, my love." Remus confirms on what he has said to Sirius. He wanted them to break up.
"Rem.. I-"
"Don't call me that." Remus cuts Sirius off.
"What?.." Sirius looks at him, as if he just got stabbed in the stomach. "No, Remus. Please." He begs. Just like what his mother taught him. To beg for love.
"Sirius, that's not going to work." He says. "It's a sin. Loving you. We can't be together. Your family wouldn't approve of that. God wouldn't. Its a sin, Sirius." Remus said with tears in his eyes. Why was he a boy? Or why was being gay a sin?
"We have to break up, Sirius." He hugged him. "Hugging me won't remove the pain! I love you, Remus! I always did! And you just break up with me like that?!?" Sirius snaps at him. He doesn't know why he snapped at him, it just felt..right.
"Yes! I break up with you like that! You wanna know why? Because your family made my life a living hell! And that's better than the actual hell! I love you, Sirius! I love you more than you could ever fucking imagine!" He cries. Tears rolling down his stupid, freckled face.
"Fuck you then. You wanna know how much I loved you? I loved you like how a dog loves. I loved you so much to the point i let my family torture me daily. I loved you because there was no one else. But if that's how you wanna end our relationship, then go on. I don't care anymore, Remus."
Sirius leaves, leaving Remus alone in the room.
It was for the better, right?
