THEMEPARK
It was now 8 pm, blaring lights projecting from the various rides and attractions at the world's most famous theme park. The Moon shone high in the starlit sky. Caesar, Sukuna and Yevgeny were too tall to go on any rides to prevent being beheaded. Muzan blatantly refused to go on, and the only people excited were the ones under 20 (minus Kyojurou and Gojo.)
“Well, you certainly chose…uniquely.” Leewon murmured, peeking up from his phone, taking a video of Gojo screaming his head off on the spinning teacups due to Power spinning it far too quickly for RCT to catch up to him.
“Do you like it?” Caesar asked, leaning down for him to hear him over the screams and blaring music.
“It's not the worst thing you've pulled.”
“What's the worst?” Caesar questioned despite knowing full well.
“You wouldn't believe…”
“It's very loud here, Kyojurou..” Murmured Giyuu, questioning if he was actually speaking or just mouthing the words as he couldn't even hear himself speak.
“WHAT WAS THAT MY FRIEND?” Kyojuro yelled obnoxiously, the only thing Giyuu could hear over the music.
“Nevermind…”
“These are very bright, Till.” Ivan began, trailing behind Till. “And I’m pretty sure we were not meant to get this far away from the group..”
“I saw how you were looking around. That shit was way too loud for you and you know it.” He blurted it out, very matter-of-factly.
“I’m surprised it's not the same for you, Till.”
“My owner put me through this shit a lot at the karaoke bars, or whatever the aliens called them.”
…
“Till?”
“Ha?”
“Why did you turn back? When we were back at AKANAT garden, I mean.”
“...Why do you still care about that shit? That was ages ago.”
“Till, I’m just asking. No need to get so mad-”
“Just fucking let go of it. We're out anyways now despite having to live with crazy motherfuckers. So drop it.”
Ivan picked up some ear defenders at the empty stool. Walking back without another word to Till.
“Where are they?” Taekjoo puzzled, “I swear I just saw Till and Ivan walk past..”
Zhenya hummed without another word, smoking a cigar he stole from Caesar, including his lighter.
“Are you enjoying yourself, Madoka?” Homura queered, her head perched on Madoka's shoulder.
“Mhm, I’m surprised they chose something so thrilling for us all, as of their backgrounds..”
“Yeah… I’m just glad you're happy, Madoka-chan.”
“Well, whenever you're happy, Homura, I am too!” Madoka exclaimed, a little too loudly, resulting in some turned heads.
Meanwhile, on a spinning teacup sat Giyuu, Rengoku, Gojo, Denji and Power. All squashed onto the same teacup. Gojo was holding onto the wheel, attempting to get Power and Denji to stop spinning. Yet, it was futile, as he only got burned on the soles of his palms.
Rengoku was laughing with his eyes blown wide, his face a little unsettling, like that of an owl. Yet, Giyuu was too busy holding in bile to realise the horrifying look on his comrades face. Denji surely noticed as he stopped spinning the teacups so much. Gojo had noticed as well, and yelled at Rengoku to keep it up, which he did so, oblivious to how creepy he looked. He was just enjoying himself.
Nobara, Fushiguro, Itadori and Tanjiro were buying sweets from a food stall. Nobara got a chocolate apple , and Yuji got a candy one. Fushiguro got Sour patch kids, which he sucked his face in at, so ended up throwing them at Gojo as he spun around screaming. Them occasionally getting in his mouth. Finally, Tanjiro got just a plain ice cream, which he ended up dropping on the ground, which Denji slipped up on as he walked out.
At the entrance of the park stood two kings, one of curses and the other of demons.
Muzan was leaning up against a lamp post. Muzan hadn’t said a word the entire time he had been at the theme park, while Sukuna just told people to fuck off. Except for Muzan, however.
“Why.” Sukuna began.
“Why what?” Muzan very quickly replied.
“Why haven’t you spoken? The entire time we’ve been here.”
“There has been no reason for me to do so. I have only been asked yes or no questions, which can be responded with gestures such as nods or thumbs up. Not everything has to be expressed with words.”
“Yet that couldn’t be told without words, could have it? And by the looks of it, you've been storing that for a while now.”
“Shut it.” Responded Muzan.
“You like talking, Muzan. You just don’t know when to talk, especially with this many people around.”
“Hey guys, we're going now!” Leewon yelled over the carnival music, which some groaned at and booed, resulting in a couple gunshots.
