Regulus Black is a qualified neurology doctor and training to become a neurosurgeon at only 23. Having moved back to London to escape his parents after they moved to France when he was 15, Regulus is doing fine. He’s qualified, he’s already progressing his career, has a great set of friends, and is building a solid reputation as one of London’s best young doctors.
