Crashing Hearts (Draco/Harry)
Harry was walking down the Corridor after a huge fight with Ron and Hermione about going back for the holidays as they were but like the past 5 years they didn’t understand. He wasn’t welcome unless he had nowhere else to go. His family hated him. He was mentally running through every conversation again how they never truly listened to him and he started wondering if they even truly wanted him around or just liked what he could do for them, as he crashed into someone almost a head taller than him.
“Watch it, some of us actually have places to be!” The familiar voice snarled at him
“Oh, I'm sorry!” he said on the verge of tears. As he took off running in the opposite direction.
“Wait, are you okay?” the voice asked more gently, still obviously upset.
“I’m Fine, can’t you tell, I'm always fine, I'm the boy who lived, i always have to be fine” he responded his voice cracking more as he started crying as the boy finally caught up with him
“You don’t always have to be fine Harry” he whispered as he pulled Harry into his chest to help him calm down as his mother always had. “You can still have problems even when nobody else thinks you should. I’ll always be here for you. We might not always get along but I'm here Bug.”
“Dray, how do you always find me when I need you.” he said through his tears
“Because you always need me Bug”
Draco stayed holding Harry in his arms until he had stopped crying, even though he knew it would ruin the fact they had been hiding their relationship for almost 3 months and his father was going to hear about this and he wasn't going to be happy.
