Victoire drew circles on Teddy's back, tracing the outline of a full moon on the middle of his spine, "You should do one of these on me." She murmured softly,
"The moon cycle?" Teddy asked sleepily, turning to face her. The movement caused the bed sheets to fall from Victoire's shoulders.
"No. Another tattoo." She brushed her hair behind her shoulder, Teddy's eyes caught on her collarbone.
"Where'd you like it?" He asked, moving closer to her, the sun to his moon; he can never stay away, and is always being pulled towards her.
She smiled, so soft, so bright, and pulled his hand to her left collarbone, "Here?" Teddy hummed, eyes on her lips, Victoire laughed at him. She placed her hand on the back of his neck and pulled him in for a kiss. Teddy sighed and melted into the kiss, moving his hands to her hair, Victoire smiled against his mouth then pulled away, "I think we have to get up, now."
Teddy frowned and grumbled, "I want to stay here, with you."
"And I want an espresso." Victoire said as she got up, dropping the sheets from her body and throwing them on Teddy's head.
He sighed and leaned back in bed, waited until Victoire got done with her shower and makeup before he got up to get ready.
When he got out of the bathroom, he could hear Victoire humming to herself in the kitchen as she prepared the coffee. Teddy changed into a simple black shirt and jeans then went out to join her. He wrapped his arms around her, and kissed a mole at the back of her neck, "Morning," He murmured against her warm skin.
"Hey," She turned and placed a chaste kiss on his mouth, then went back to making her coffee; nothing could keep Victoire from her caffeine for too long.
“Do you have a long day today?” He asked, moving away to get cereal out of the cabinets, he grabbed two bowls and filled them with the cereal, he placed them on the table and went to fill up Sunny’s bowl as well.
“Yea, I have to shadow Dr. Patil for most of the day, and she’s constantly busy. Then I have some work at the reception desk and paperwork stuff.”
Teddy nodded, “Is that why you’re adding another shot of espresso?” he joked.
“Yeah” Victoire finished making the coffee and placed Teddy’s mug in front of his teal bowl with painted clouds, and hers next to her matching pink bowl. “Is Sunny still sleeping?” She asked, their little ball of sunshine usually adds more chaos and energy to their mornings, so the quiet was a little unsettling.
“Yea, I think she tired herself out yesterday at the park.” Teddy chuckled, he sat down at the table and sipped his coffee, “Amazing as always, love.”
“Thank you Teds,” Victoire smiled at him.
They ate their breakfast in companionable silence, and when they were done Victoire walked Teddy to the tattoo parlor he works at, it was almost right uphill to the town.
“See you tonight,” Teddy said, pressing a kiss to his fiance’s cheek. “Have a good day at work.”
Victoire smiled at him, “You too,” She squeezed his hand that he was holding, “Love you.”
“Love you too.”
Victoire walked away from the town until she got to a secluded place then apparated to St. Mungos. Ready for another day of her healer training.
