Destination, Determination, Deliberation could anyone tell me why those are important Twycross asks, no hands are flying up he looks disappointed but continue like nothing happened.
You need to focus on your Destination fully imagine the location, how does it look, how does it feel to stand there ect.
Then Determination put everything that you have in your body to get to point b.
And lastly Deliberation really picture yourself there in that spot and whatever my happen don't lose that focus until you feel the ground underneath you. Twycross says finishing explaining.
