Harry is Tenzo's child
- When Kakashi removed Tenzo from Root Danzo didn't want to lose his access to Mokouton
- One of his female operatives was an Uzumaki
- He used Tenzo DNA with her egg to impregnate her with Tenzo child in hopes of a natural Mokouton
- She had three seals placed on her by her parents before she was orphaned and became Root.
- One was to protect her mind from manipulation by providing a copy of her personality and experiences behind a mental seal. It is to protect from memory wiping seals.
- Two was a seal that removes all seals not placed by a family member
- The other is a form of line theft prevention. It activates all previous seals to ensure the mother is conscious and willing to carry the foetus to term.
- Her seals activated and she regained her personality as she was acting as Danzo's secretary due to her pregnancy.
- She realised she couldn't remember most of her early life, didn't want to birth the child into Root and the baby's father was only 14 or so. She began copying everything relevant.
- She found and copied
- both Tenzo and her own medical files
- All research Root has of Mokouton, including any and all jutsu
- She found a library cache necklace that could only be opened by one of the Uzumaki blood without compulsion so Danzo never learnt what was in it
- When Danzo was out of Konoha, she ran
- She ends up in England and runs into a depressed Lily
- Lily had just had a miscarriage
- She decides to give the child to Lily to raise
