Potions.
As I and Potter wait for everyone to finish, I can't help but sniff the air discreetly. It smells so much like Potter! I smile to myself as I realize what this means. I shake my head and glance around the room to see Pansy paired with Granger and Blaise paired with Weasley. I look over the classroom and everyone seems to be getting on well enough. I look at our finished potion and can't help but feel proud of it. It's most likely the best one I've ever made. I look to the front as lots of cauldrons suddenly release giant clouds of pink smoke, that smell so much like Potter, I can't help but cough. As I glance around, I see Potter coughing too. I chuckle and wave my hand to try and wave the smoke away. After the gas had cleared, Snape stood up and went to inspect everyone's potions. He gave a few approving nods, but a the rest he grimaced. After he finished his rounds, he walked back over to the front and began to write something down on the board.
"Write this down in your notebooks and for your homework, write a 4-inch essay on how you created your potion, what ingredients you used if it was successful, and what it smells like to you. That's all for today, class dismissed." He then sat down and waited for us to scribble the notes down before rubbing the board clean. After everyone had packed up, I waited outside for Pansy and Blaise to head to the next lesson. I think we have Herbology. I can't remember. As I wait outside, I see Potter, Weasley, and Granger walk out. As we pass each other, Potter winks at me before scurrying off to lesson. I turn red and look to the ground as I wait. Finally, I see Pansy and Blaise walk out.
"What do we have next?"
"Herbology with Gryfindors," Blaise replies. We then set off to our dorm to drop off our textbooks and grab our supplies for Herbology. As we walk out to the greenhouses, I breathe in a sigh of relief to be outside. I feel so trapped and restricted in the castle. As we enter the greenhouse, I see Potter and his group, sitting at the back, chatting away about something.
